Our two bedroom apartments sleeps 6 people comfortably. One bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has one king bed and one queen bed in corner nook. Very spacious.
The space
This 100%, renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms offers a modern, cool retreat in the desert. Perfect for those wishing to visit the beautiful desert locale but still remain close to local conveniences, such as grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Great for families or groups of 6 or less!

Hotel level amenities. Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features 100% cotton hotel quality linens, freshly laundered for a good night’s sleep!

A beautiful view of the San Jacinto mountains can seen from the front of the unit. Master bedroom features one CA king sized bed and ensuite(attached) bathroom with soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a CA king-sized bed and includes an extended nook that contains a queen-sized bed. Second bedroom also includes attached, private bathroom. Each bedroom features a 50” flatscreen smart TV for streaming using your accounts.

-A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with stainless steel full size appliances. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, spice rack, and coffee.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to apartment #2 and the common areas of the apartment complex.
Other things to note
*One vehicle per unit. Street Parking could be limited.

*This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months.

* No Cable TV

Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations.

Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.
