Start your day relaxing with a cup of coffee while enjoying the mountain views. Go for a round of golf in the morning, then head out for a day of boating on the Columbia, more like a lake then a river in this area. Or soak up the sun by the community pool. This is also a great home base for concerts with the Gorge Amphitheater 35 minutes away. The house is on a large 1/2 acre lot within close proximity to the pool, golf, pickle ball, boat launch and park. **Pool is seasonal** Open Memorial Day through Labor Day

Relax into the evening on the covered patio with a glass of wine around the fire table, or on those colder winter days, cozy up in the living room by the fireplace.

In the summer we also have a seasonal community pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day) with toddler and lap swim areas. The house is in a great part of Desert Aire, on a large 1/2 acre lot. We're in close proximity to the community pool, golf, boat launch and park.

After a day of fun, cook dinner in the beautiful, well stocked kitchen with gas range. Or head out to some of the local restaurants and bars located within the Desert Aire Community. The restaurants within Desert Aire are very casual, but there are some very good dining options within 35 minutes of the house.

We have an exterior security camera on the garage facing the driveway, and an exterior doorbell camera at the front door.
