"The room and lobby were clean and attractive. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. There are 2 restaurants in the lobby so getting a good cup of coffee in the morning was quick and convenient. This is a very nice hotel in downtown Des Moines, not far from the airport."

"Hotel was under construction and was difficult to get around. A lot of areas were dirty, including the pool area. The hot tub was out of service, which was unfortunate. Our room was in the cottages and the jetted tub wouldn’t hold water. Very disappointed."
