This was by far a great stay-cation for my spouse and I on our trip back to Iowa our home state...the host was amazing and response times were quick and efficient.The property was well stocked and super clean and quiet, really couldn't have found a better place.....I would highly recommend this property for anyone else seeking a clean quiet and pristine stay in Waukee Iowa.

Family Visit To Des Moines

This property was perfect for our family trip to the Des Moines area for a concert at Vibrant Hall! The check-in/check-out process was very easy. The property manager was very responsive. The property itself was exactly as described- we will definitely stay again!

Great Holiday Retreat

We had a great stay and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and better than advertised. It was well-appointed and the owners thought of all our needs. The location was great; it was close to Jordan Creek Mall and had many other dining and entertainment opportunities nearby. It is very easy to access from the interstate. We will stay here again for our next stay in Des Moines.

Fantastic Stay!

Perfect location for the reason we were going there for a visit! Loved the layout of apartment. Having separate bathroom worked wonderfully! Love the morning view of sunset! Everything went super smooth with check in and communication with owner! Beautiful place!

Beautiful apartment

We had a great stay as we were in town to meet our new granddaughter. Brand new. Comfortable beds!! Plenty of space. Nice having 2 bathrooms also! Will definitely rent again!

Great condo, excellent location!

We had a great time at this condo; it was exactly what we were looking for. Easy check in, very secure building, really nice, friendly residents. Condo was spotless, furniture comfortable, and the best mattress I have ever slept on (even took the sheets off so I could see what brand it was)! Communication with owner was spot on. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

Iowa State Fair Visit

My wife and I, brother and his wife stayed during the Iowa state fair. We are all retired and enjoyed our stay. The free waffles were a nice touch. The only negative we experienced was some highway noise. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Waukee Apartment

Ryan Davis was an excellent host, answered all my inquiries. Very comfortable quarters and easy access. It would have been better if there was a shower seat for the handicap shower. Very satisfied customers and will remember this for our next visit to family in Iowa.

Perfect location for Vibrant Music Center

My daughter and I saw a concert at the new Vibrant music center and the apartment was perfect! It was within walking distance of the music center and Smokey Row Coffee. Super clean, safe, quiet, exactly as pictured and the beds were really comfortable. We hope to catch another concert and will definitely be back!!
