TV in all rooms, relax and take in the view from the back deck with fire table, or sit out at the picnic shelter. This cozy getaway awaits in Des Moines at this charming house. With 3 queen beds and 1 futon, this peaceful retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy the brilliant natural light that fills the bedrooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take a relaxing soak in the bathtub or stay active in the fitness room. WiFi, heating, and AC ensure a comfortable stay. Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding in the comfort of this lovely home, we're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Cob webs all over the house with spiders. Mice in the home. Hot tub temp said 101 degrees and it wasn't even close to 90. Chemicals were off due to the smell. Blackstone grill was rusted over and unusable along with the other 2 grills. Propane was empty on the outdoor fire pit, thus unusable.

Host was very nice, and prompt. There were some disappointments with the property. We really wanted to use the hibachi grill but it was rusted out. There was also a man who came and went to a building out back by playground and hot tub. Made my kids not want to be outdoors by themselves. Some of the pans need to be replaced and the sheets have stains. Its hopefully a work in progress as it has potential.

The property was accurate to the listing. We generally always select properties with either a hot tub or pool. We were unable to utilize the hot tub during our stay, due to it's smell, which was highly disappointing.

This was such a great place for my friends and me to stay. We needed a nice comfortable place where we could spend an evening catching up and enjoying each other's company and this house was perfect for that. Everything was nice and clean and the hosts have gone above and beyond with the amenities they provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space!!

Stayed here with a handful of my buddies for the weekend of a wedding and the space was perfect! Being so close to the airport definitely saved us a ton of trouble. Plenty of room to hang out with more friends who were in town and the host was very accommodating of that!!

Wedding visitors

The description for the upstairs bedroom says there are 2 king beds and 2 futons. The Keurig coffee maker did not work as it needs descaling and its dirty. The throw blankets need to be washed and the furniture had alot of dust. There was only a few rolls of toilet paper. The property has so much potential but it needs better cleaning. We like the parts that were redone-very nice. The house smells musty. The outdoor area is fabulous and hot tub too! I would consider renting again but it does need cleaning.

Lovely place for a family party

Had a lovely stay and had a small party with family and friends. Check-in was seemless, host quickly fixed a small issue with the WiFi. Mattresses were WONDERFUL. Furniture is eclectic but very comfy. Young adults loved the hot tub.

I wish i knew about the person coming and going thats living in the garage, that was a little scary for me. Hot tub was great, master bedroom upstairs has lots of room. Living room was very large. Things need some repairs, but it was clean and quite. People mentioned the airport, never had a single issuewith it.issue with it.

Cannot be more happy with our experience, Beautiful home and property located minutes from the airport. Very clean and spacious! Located close to restaurants and grocery stores. So nice to soak!

Three of my girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls trip. The hot tub is what made us choose this property and it did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time soaking and chatting. Steve was a very helpful host with excellent communication and hospitality. The property was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was easy and the location was excellent. Great location

We came for the Hillbilly Hike run and it was perfect. The location was great, close to things to do but not too close, perfect neighborhood. The owner was awesome, I had to contact him because some of the girls thought beeping was coming from the room. He found it in one of the girls purses, nothing to do with the house. I am happy that we found this little oasis in Des Moines!
