Brick Road Gem Craftsman with Sunroom & Soaking Tub

This charming Craftsman home sits on a brick paved road that leads to the Fairgrounds and is centrally located near all things Des Moines.
Upstairs you’ll find 3 ultra cozy bedrooms and an enclosed claw foot soaking tub. Salts, bubbles and candles included.
Premium name brand mattresses, quality bedding, “My Pillow” pillows and blackout curtains. All natural products are used throughout the home. We are local hosts who live nearby. We strive for comfort and happiness.
The space
Welcome! You will enter in the side driveway door via the keypad. After entering, you’ll take a few steps up to the main floor. There is a cute kitchen complete with premium brand K-cup coffees, along with teas, sugar and stevia. There is an open dining room with 4 chairs and 2 counter stools. There are plenty of board games and some books to keep you busy at the table. In the living room you’ll find a 57 inch tv, with streaming service available using your own logins. Free Wi-Fi is on the house. We also have a new “old school” Nintendo for the tv. There is a record player that plays records, cd’s, tapes and the radio. There is a living room coat closet where you’ll find a vacuum, should you need it. The enclosed front porch has rocking chairs perfect for gazing out the big windows. The back of the house has a 3 seasons sunroom, good for spreading out. The backyard is partially fenced. You’ll enjoy saying hello to Sonja’s chickens who live next door. There is a patio table and some party lights. Back inside, all 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms are small and cozy. The master has a king bed and walk in closet. The middle room has bunk beds and a desk. The 3rd room has a daybed, a trundle and a walk in closet. To complete this level, you have a full bath with an enclosed claw foot soaking tub. While you cannot stand in this tub, there is a sprayer. We’ve provided epsom salt, baking soda, bubble bath and candles. Just to make sure you’re super comfortable, we’ve added 2 brand new window AC units upstairs, should you need them, along with a box fan. There is a pack n play, as well.
Heading to the basement, you’ll find the 2nd full bath with a stand up shower. This is also the laundry room and the place to find extra bedding and towels. Lastly, the bonus room! My kids love this room. Here we have a couch that could be used for sleeping , if you are the surfing kind. There is a fooseball table and some toys to keep littles happy.
