New villa, completely renovated in the first half of 2024!Relax with the whole family in this spacious and elegant accommodation, equipped with every comfort (swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, domotic, wi-fi,...) and ideal for people with mobility problems: a convenient lift connects the entrance with the car park and the garden. A stone's throw from the lake (100 m) and a spectacular gulf where the new lido is located and from where the beautiful promenade that runs along the entire Dervio peninsula for over 3 km starts.
You will be able to spend a dream holiday in complete relaxation, in contact with nature and the lake. You will have a large garden with a swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun and the breeze of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
You will be able to get around on foot and by bicycle, far from the stress of having to move continually by car to reach the centre of the village (just a few hundred metres away) where there are shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, railway station, and boat dock.
Ideal point for accessing the numerous treks along the lake or in the surrounding mountains and for visiting the centre of the lake (Bellano, Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio) with its historic villas and breathtaking scenery.

The villa, which has been completely renovated, is equipped with all the comforts needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday: air conditioning, coded access, high-speed Internet, satellite TV, smoke detectors, electric car charging column,...
The structure also has the most modern energy-saving technologies: complete thermal insulation, photovoltaic system, condensation boiler, BACS (buiding automation and control systems) that have allowed it to reach energy class A4
