A must to visit is the National Trust’s Dove Dale Valley, a renowned beauty spot offering excellent walking and cycling routes amongst spectacular scenery. For the thrill seekers an exhilarating day at Alton Towers is just a short drive away and not to be missed. Many of the historic houses are also within easy reach such as Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House along with Matlock, Matlock Bath and Bakewell.
