This beautiful 2013 home is located in the newer North development of Stapleton. The plan flows from the cozy family/dining areas to the kitchen and yard. The upgraded fully stocked kitchen has top of the line amenities. Enjoy grilling and mountain views while you sit outback. In addition to the 4 bedrooms/office, there is a professionally finished basement rec/bar area for entertainment. Voted a top 20 neighborhood in America, Stapleton features shops, restaurants, trails/parks a few steps away

Stayed here for a soccer tournament held at Dicks Sporting Goods park- was just a few miles to complex which we walked or ran to several days. Check in was easy and smooth. When we arrived there was still laundry to be done from the last guest to include blood on a comforter left on top of a washer— with a cleaning fee of 200 plus this was above what I was willing to take care of and really just gross to be left out. There was also a bed listed online that we could not seem to find not sure if the furniture situation changed recently. My daughter said she did find a twin mattress in a closet. Otherwise the house served its purpose with a lovely kitchen, outdoor space, comfy beds and the host was great at communicating even while he was out of town. Basement was nice to have as its own little tucked away suite. And the location was within easy walking distance of the shopping center across the street.

Great Base of Operations for Family Visit to Denver

Great Spot, Great Host. The Property is comfy and clean. Parking is a snap as is getting to/from the home. It is a short hop to/from the airport and to/from major highways so it is easy to get to all points Denver and Boulder. Shopping for all your needs is 10 min away (Target, Walmart, you name it). We had just 4 (wife and two kiddos), but it can comfortably accommodate a much larger crew. Host is very responsive and accommodating. House instructions (eg, TV operation) are simple and easy to follow.We’d book again.

Amazing stay!!

The home was very comfy and cozy! Neatly organized, clean with very nice decor. Plenty of space and we definitely enjoyed having more than 2 bathrooms. The home had enough of everything we needed from kitchen appliances, linen and towels; overall great choice of stay!!

Great home, great location

This lovely home is large, very clean, and convenient for Denver locations and day trips. Our group of 6 friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of fun touches included; Guitar Hero, arcade style basketball, foosball, etc. We definitely recommend this home for your Denver stay!

Home is fabulous. Definitely room for everyone. There were five of us and everyone had their space. The kitchen has everything one needs. The host was VERY quick to respond. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The home was absolutely spotless. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway In Denver

5 star property with a 5 star host. My family joined together in Denver from different parts of the country for a weekend to celebrate two milestone birthdays and a wedding anniversary. Mario is a super host and was very responsive regarding all of our needs. This home has everything you could possibly want for a weekend getaway. It truly felt like my home away from home. We also loved the neighborhood, which was walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and the Improv Theatre. We would absolutely stay there again if we plan another trip to Denver. 5+++

Above and Beyond Expectations!

This home feels just like your own, with so many amenities and anything else you might ever need! The home is beautiful, the host very responsive, and it has beautiful mountain views. We really loved it and would stay there again if the need arises. I can't say enough good things about it!

Denver/Baseball

Came to Denver to catch the Rockies and Dodgers. Not only was this property close to the downtown/stadium area but it was also just a short drive to one of the mass transit train stations that drops you just blocks from Coors Field. Definitely smart to ride the train to the games. We also fell in love with the neighborhood that this property is located in, numerous fast food and dine in restaurants nearby, Northfields shopping center, and we also were able to catch a portion of a local free concert just 3 blocks from the house. Numerous walking paths and green areas adds to its charm. The house itself exceeded our expectations as the online pics did not do the place justice. The beds were super comfortable, the ac was excellent and the house was not lacking for anything that we needed-especially in the coffee world. We didn't bring adolescents but there were plenty of diversions for them that we didn't touch. We also found ourselves drawn to the 'firepit' to decompress. Highly recommend this property!!

Great location

Property was exactly what we were looking for close to family and lots of amenities, property manager was very accommodating, my parents had a small puppy that they could not leave at home during the day and he allowed us to have the dog at the house while we watched Sunday football with the whole family. We would definitely stay again

Best Stay Ever!

We traveled to Denver under difficult circumstances that included burying our sister so finding this beautiful property allowed us to be under one roof. And, the host Mario was beyond attentive to our needs. He was easily accessible and provided a clean beautiful home. The property is absolutely gorgeous and sets in a great location. We definitely hope to book this property again. Thank you for you did to make our stay comfortable!

Spacious Immaculate House

We enjoyed the comfortable layout, especially the open kitchen, dining, living area. In warm weather I can see how the patio would enhance that openness. (A cold front kept us from trying out the grill.) The only issue experienced was the noise from early morning traffic outside the upstairs bedroom windows.

Wedding digs
