We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Sleeping arrangements
This combined reservation includes two separate homes located 0.7 miles apart, accommodating 16+ guests with 10 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 5 bathrooms.
Home 1 - Modern Cowboy Cottage: five bedrooms with four king beds and one queen bed, plus two bathrooms.
Home 2 - Spacious Family-Friendly Retreat: five bedrooms with four king beds, one queen bed, and a twin, plus three full bathrooms. Both homes are prepared with soft linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.
Outdoor living
Settle into Adirondack chairs by a fire pit or fire tables, then fire up the grill for an easy dinner al fresco. Patios with outdoor furniture and dining areas invite long summer evenings. Home 2 adds a fenced yard and a covered patio - a comfortable spot for kids or pets while adults relax.
Indoor comfort and entertainment
Open-plan living areas feature plush sofas and Smart TVs for movie nights or unhurried conversations. Game rooms offer foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, and a collection of board games suited to every age. Free WiFi keeps everyone connected, while air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans support year-round comfort.
Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens are fully equipped to make group meals simple: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and cooking basics such as pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper. You’ll also find a baking sheet, barbecue utensils, fresh coffee, and dining tables ready for shared breakfasts or late-night snacks.

Traveling with little ones is easier with a pack ’n play, high chair, and babysitter recommendations. Pets are welcome, and assistance animals are always allowed. The fenced yard at Home 2 offers a convenient outdoor area.
Essentials and safety
Each home provides a washer and dryer, plus essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Safety amenities include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Enjoy a smooth arrival with self check-in via keypad, private entrances, and free parking on premises along with free street parking. A laundromat is nearby if needed.
