This beautiful three-bedroom, three full bath townhouse is your personal paradise close to everything you'll need in Denver. Located across the street from Denver Broncos Stadium, our home comfortably includes a roof top patio w/ hot tub, as well as off-street parking.

The Space:
Inside, this three level townhouse boasts floor to ceiling windows, wood floors, banisters and high ceilings throughout. When you’re not eating at one of the nearby restaurants, exploring the city or attending a Broncos game or concert, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and modern cabinets and back splash make this kitchen the perfect place to prepare food. With bonus amenities such as Cable TV, a Gas Grill and hot tub on the roof top patio, a king size bed and huge bathroom in the master suite, a breakfast counter, and attached balconies to one of the two bedrooms and living room, you probably won’t even want to leave.

However, if you do want to get out and explore, the city is just outside your door.

This location is perfect for your group to take advantage of everything that Denver has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
The city, Denver's ultra popular Sloan's Lake Park, and the mountains are just outside the door. While on the west side of Denver, the house is close to major thoroughfares for shortcuts into the mountains.

The shared garage will fit standard size vehicles. If you cannot fit your car and our other tenant's vehicle you will need to park it on the street directly in front of our rental.

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $125. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.

We require an additional $1000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

HOT TUB
Spa service is EVERY TUESDAY. We will need access to the unit in order to access cleaning and setting the chemicals for hot tub. This is mandatory and cannot be rescheduled. When there are water changes it takes 24 hours for the water to reheat. If this occurs during your stay, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach the desired temperature at that time. If our hot tub rules are not followed and a water change is needed due to mistreatment of the tub, we will charge a $150 change fee.

PARKING:
We have garage parking for 1 vehicle. Street parking is available but please be mindful of the parking signs. Bronco days street parking can be difficult.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 11:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 11:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Great location
We stayed in June 2024. Pros: *Location - nice neighborhood and easy access off hwy - main roads. Close to Union Station (average $12.00 Uber ride there) We did not rent a car. *Cleanliness- very clean and well stocked with everything you need-including kcup coffee pods & little creamers! Fresh bath towels and kitchen towels, dish and hand soap, extra trash bags provided. *Comfortable beds with nice linens and a bath for each bedroom! *Dad and sister liked the hot tub. Cons: *King bedroom located below rooftop hottub and one can easily hear it running as it circulates the water on and off. May be annoying when trying to sleep for some. *The furniture was not all that comfortable but we didn’t use it a lot. The table was a little wobbly but, we used it for playing cards and eating breakfast with no issues. Kitchen chairs were comfortable. *Totally lacks any outdoor furniture on the main level balconies! Even a folding chair would have been nice! We found this odd! The balcony off the living room has a step down esp hard to see at night. Be aware use caution! The outdoor furniture on rooftop is in poor condition but useable. *Carpets are worn and stained but clean. *Having no blinds on the large kitchen window was appalling! No privacy day or esp at night! You are in full view of people walking by and to the complex across the street. Felt very uncomfortable for us! We’d only stay again if blinds installed. Despite blinds issue, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent for family/ near Mile High
Had an awesome week in Denver using this as our home base. Walking distance to Mile High and Meow Wolf. Our SUV was too large to fit in the included garage space but we had little to no trouble finding off street parking. Excellent communication with owner, tons of space for the 6 of us. Really enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop using the hot tub and watching the sunsets over the mountains. If we come back to town would happily rent here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Weekend Getaway
House was clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen and bathroom necessities. Perfect for three couples traveling together. Nice common areas to cook, eat and hang out, but nice to have three separate bedroom/bathroom “wings” for some privacy when needed. Only issues were the dryer not working (and no sign telling us so) and the kitchen table extremely unstable. Easy fixes that would have made my review 5 stars!

Lovely property
We stayed for Christmas and had a delightful time! Walking distance from Bronco stadium and several other sites and restaurants. We walked back from Meow Wolf after dark and felt safe.

Girls weekend in Denver
This property was great for a weekend with friends in Denver. Location was great and fairly close to the Ball arena where we went for a concert. Very easy to get ride share and affordable because it is a central location to everything we did while in town. We also took advantage of the rooftop deck and hot tub for morning coffee on the beautiful fall days. Beds were also very comfortable! Great stay!

Nice Condo Close to downtown
Great property, the spa on the rooftop was nice with awesome views. Only thing that was missing is there was no TV's in any room, besides that the condo had everything you need! Clean and spacious, definitely recommend!
