We got to the property without any check in instructions. After multiple calls and messages, I got a response from the owner. I asked if we could check in earlier, but was told that it was not ready yet and we returned after 3pm, as requested. They also stated that they would be there with “maintenance” and would not be in the way. (Noticed a 4Runner in the driveway, which had been there all night till we had left in the morning.) Upon entering, the floor was dirty, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that smelled. (I message the property owner if they had anything to wash it with, but no response.) So, we did not have any clean dishes to use in the house. The couch was dirty and there were stains. We realized later, that the property owner and “maintenance” lived on the property but did not disclose that online. We could hear little children playing and noises coming from the garage. Throughout the evening, we could hear people going up and down the stairs in the garage to a dwelling above the garage, which was also being utilized. The backyard was sectioned off and there was another dwelling that was being occupied while we were there. I would not recommend this property.
