Our spacious 5-bedroom home is perfect for large groups. It comfortably hosts up to 16 guests and has 8 beds and 3 baths. Inside, the expansive game room features a poker table, golf simulator, shuffleboard, darts, a bar with fridge, and an 85-inch TV.
The covered patio offers both a lounge and dining area. Unwind by the propane fire pit, fire up the grill, or enjoy outdoor games and the hot tub. It`s perfect for relaxation, fun, and making unforgettable memories!


BEDROOMS
This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 8 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The primary bedroom (Bedroom 1) is a luxurious retreat with a King bed, offering ample space and stylish decor. Bedroom 2 features two Queen beds, providing plenty of room and modern furnishings for comfort. Bedroom 3 is another spacious room with a second King bed, designed for restful nights and peaceful mornings. Bedroom 4 offers a Queen bed. Bedroom 5 is ideal for larger groups, featuring a Queen bed and a Queen bunk bed setup, providing flexible sleeping arrangements and a fun space for kids.

Bedroom 1 - The beautifully designed primary bedroom includes a king bed.
Bedroom 2 - You will find 2 luxurious queen beds with a modern dedicated workspace in this ground-floor bedroom.
Bedroom 3 - The second primary will be found in the basement with a luxurious King bed. Perfect for those who like to sleep in with comfort.
Bedroom 4 - This beautiful bedroom includes a queen bed and bed side tables.
Bedroom 5 - This basement bedroom includes one queen bed and a queen bunk bed (2 beds). It is the perfect room for the kids to get away as it also includes a kid`s playroom.

BATHROOMS
This home includes 3 full bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed with bright lighting and includes hotel-grade towels. For your convenience, all showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from quick snacks to elaborate meals. There’s plenty of storage, so you’ll have all the space you need for cooking and enjoying meals together. The patio dining area features a large table with seating for 10, which can be expanded to 14 guests. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the spacious lounge, where you’ll find comfortable seating and a propane fire pit for cozy evenings. For additional seating, there’s a second dining area with space for 6 guests.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside to the covered patio, which offers seating for 10 (expandable to 14) and a propane grill with a convenient serving countertop, perfect for outdoor meals. The yard is beautifully lit with string lights, creating a relaxed atmosphere for evenings around the fire pit. The yard also includes cornhole and Connect Four games for added fun. The hot tub is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoor space under the stars.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

The morning of check-in I will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do in town, my favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.


Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.
