The Lux Huron Downtown Denver Street Entrance Condo

Welcome to Denver! Stay in this convenient street entrance studio condo in the North Union Station neighborhood. Walkable to great bars, restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops & grocery stores. It's a 6 minute drive or 14 minute walk from Union Station (A line from the airport). Take a 10 minute walk to Coors Field to grab some food or take a walk around Platte River. Easy access to both main highways to take a drive to the mountains. The convenience is endless with this great location!

- This open concept condo is very private for being on the first floor. There are privacy blinds that allow you to see out but not allowing pedestrians to look in during the day. And there are both sheer and black out curtains for extra privacy. The walkup entrance is very convenient and a rare addition for staying in the heart of downtown Denver.

- As you walk in you will notice all of the amazing natural light that is provided from the floor to ceiling windows. The living room is cozy and welcoming with a smart TV, some games and extra pillows.

- The kitchen flows right past the living room with a great open concept that is separated by a long eating area with 3 chairs. You will find plenty of space for any groceries or snacks in the huge pantry and new refrigerator with a build in wine rack, filtered water and automatic ice maker. This kitchen has all of your basic needs to make anything from breakfast to dinner. Coffee and tea with sweeteners and creamers are always provided.

- The bedroom area has a room divider for privacy while still providing a great flow through the condo. Relax after a big day of traveling or discovering Denver in a brand new queen size bed. Right off the bedroom area, you will find a desk and chair to get some work done or jump on your laptop to explore. Also, connected to the bedroom area is an enormous walk in closet with plenty of hangers, shelves and drawers to make you feel right at home while unpacking. The closet also has an iron and ironing board to get those travel wrinkles out and there are extra blankets, comforter and extra towels (extra towels also available under the bathroom sink).

- As you walk around to the bathroom, you will see where the washer and dryer closet is located. Please feel free to utilize this amenity as I do provide detergent that is located with other cleaning supplies and fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.

- There is an open area in the back of the condo that has coat hooks and room for luggage to be out of your way during your stay.

- Last you will come into the bathroom that offers great lighting for getting ready, a bathtub/shower that has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a magnified makeup mirror, lotion, cotton rounds, q-tips, Kleenex, extra toilet paper, extra towels and a hair dryer for use during your stay.

- One dedicated heated garage parking spot included. Located directly through the back door private entrance. Please reach out when you book if you would like to utilize the parking spot. There is a $150 refundable deposit for the garage opener. The deposit will be kept if the garage opener is not left in the condo for checkout. Otherwise, the deposit will be sent back after checkout cleaning. Please reach out with any questions.

- You'll find a QR code on the refrigerator that will take you to a website of fun activities like museums, tours, aquarium, cooking classes, wine or beer tastings and in condo bookings for yoga, meditation, massage, cooking and a mobile bartender.
