For your safety, we've installed a Wyze Floodlight camera outside the property, monitoring the driveway and front entrance. There's also a camera in the backyard overlooking the backdoor —it does NOT see the hottub. It's important to note that there are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your privacy. The camera is motion-activated, with footage stored securely in the cloud for 30 days. Additionally, a noise detection device is installed indoors—it ONLY monitors sound levels, NOT conversations, and helps ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.

Please note: smoking is strictly prohibited INSIDE the home and will incur a minimum fine of $1000. You're welcome to step onto the back patio to enjoy your smoke in comfort.

Comfortable house not as advertised

We chose this house for the yard and games. On arrival, the grass in the yard was nearly knee high and we had to wait a day into our stay to have the lawn mowed so we could use it. Also, there was no propane tanks readily available for the grill or fire place. The host reimbursed us the cost of purchasing one, but would have liked it to be ready for our stay. Not near enough linens and towels for a 4 night day w/ 5 adults. The arcade and game tables either did not work or did not have all the pieces to use them. No shuffleboard wax. No foozeball ball. No ping pong balls. The kitchen is grossly under stocked to cook properly. No serving ware or mixing bowls. I suggest the host actually stay in the house w/ their own guests and you will realize how unusable most everything in the house is including amenities.
