Summary:
This is Denver's most exclusive penthouse suite! You will have the entire spacious floor to yourself. The penthouse suite is the top floor of a gorgeous building with four other beautiful suites below. All this is blocks from 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capitol, the Colorado Convention Center, and the hottest dining and nightlife spots downtown. Modern and upscale, this top-line unit offers the best of Denver.

The Space:
Open floor plans and spacious living areas combine to create more than enough room for your group, and deluxe furnishings contribute to a luxurious feel. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 2 sinks, 6-burner induction stove, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, a WOLF espresso/coffee maker, wine chiller, and microwave. The dining areas can seat up to 10 people: The expansive kitchen island has additional seating for 9 more! The entertainment area offers plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat-screen TV. Take in the sunset and city life below on the balcony lounge chairs. Unwind in the deep jet tub and large glass jet showers. There is a private washer/dryer in the unit. This unit can accommodate up to 13 people. Each room is sports themed and decorated with unique items from each of the major Denver sports teams: 2 can sleep in the "USA" room with a queen-sized bed, 2 sleep in the "Avalanche Room" with a queen-sized bed, 2 sleep in the "Rockies Room" with a King-sized bed, 1 sleeps in the " Nuggets Room" with a twin bed, 4 can sleep in the full-sized bunk beds in the "Rapids Room", and 2 in the King Master Suite. Each room is tastefully designed with the highest quality beds, linens, furniture, and décor.

Rooftop Patio:
When you get back from a day of exploring the city, kick back and enjoy the amazing views from the rooftop patio. There is ample seating near the fireplace, and around the bar with granite countertops. The bar has everything you need for an evening BBQ or after-dinner drinks: a grill, stovetop burners, and sink. Enjoy the beautiful views of downtown Denver.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their property and private patio or balcony. For an additional charge, guests may also obtain access to the private rooftop lounge. Rooftop access is not included in your property rental and may be rented for an additional rate during your stay.

Please note: there will not be a full-time door person at the building throughout your stay. It is important to keep your key fob on you at all times. If for some reason you lock yourself out of your floor or out of the building, there will likely be no attendant there to help you.

Today, Denver is an outdoor city with a vibrant, walkable downtown offering urban adventures for all ages. Within a one-mile radius, you can kayak on the Platte River; explore some of the city’s best museums; shop at art galleries and boutiques; see a Broadway touring show; enjoy live music; ride a rollercoaster or cool off in a water park; and experience exciting professional sports. Downtown is also home to many of Denver’s top farm-to-table restaurants and innovative craft breweries, and the Denver Beer Trail is a great guide to sampling those local brews.

Downtown’s free 16th Street Mall shuttle makes it even easier to get around. Visit Larimer Square and the newly renovated Denver Union Station in historic Lower Downtown (Lodo), where Victorian buildings now house restaurants, galleries, shops, bars, brewpubs and coffee houses, or head to Denver Pavilions where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars and a movie theater.

You can also discover Denver’s neighborhoods by bike or electric scooter, and don’t miss the chance for a photo with everyone’s favorite Blue Bear public art sculpture greeting visitors at the Colorado Convention Center.”

Getting Around:
Coming from DIA: If you are flying into Denver International Airport you will have many transportation options including rental vehicles, Uber, Lyft, and light rail. Please make sure to coordinate your transportation to our property before landing at DIA. If you are looking for an exclusive, high-end experience, our private concierge can arrange for a driver to pick you up. Public transportation is also available from DIA via the light rail station from DIA to Union Station. From Union Station, you can take a bus to a number of stops within walking distance of our location. Please see local bus routes and plan accordingly before traveling.

Local Driving Access: If you live locally or are driving your own vehicle, you will be able to enter our address into your favorite maps app like Waze, Apple Maps, etc. All the mentioned map apps should navigate you directly to our location.

Parking: If you require parking for a vehicle, you can park in any of the surrounding lots or at meters on the surrounding streets. We are not associated with the surrounding public or private parking areas so you will need to manage parking at these locations on your own.

Building Access: Skyline Denver is located in the heart of downtown and parking is not allowed directly on Colfax Avenue. The access codes you will receive are the only way to enter the building and obtain your key fob. A member of your group will need to walk up the sidewalk to our front door and enter the callbox code. Once you enter the lobby, please find your lockbox located around the corner from the elevator. Feel free to use our complimentary luggage cart, located in the lobby, and then you may access your condo from our elevator (you will need to swipe your key fob then press your floor). If you do use the luggage cart, please be sure to return it for other guests to use.

Other Things to Note:
We do not hold your security deposit and neither does the booking platform you used. The security deposit is an agreement stating you will pay any damages or excessive cleaning up to that amount.

*Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. There will be a charge of $50 plus the cost of handling, packaging, and/or shipping for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items).

Interaction with Guests:
You will receive a "Day-Of" message in the morning on the day you are checking in. This message will include some house rules and key notes for your stay. At 4:00pm you will receive updated access codes for the front door and for the lock box to gain access to your key fob. If you are checking in before 5:00pm, one of our staffers will meet you at the building to help you get checked in and show you to your unit. If you are checking in after 5:00pm, you will be sent detailed instructions on how to gain access to your unit and if you have any trouble during the process, you can either message us or give us a call and we will be happy to assist.

A great place for family gatherings

We enjoyed our stay at the All Star. Pros: * Great family room and kitchen setup * Good size suites * Plenty of storage * Good amenities in the bathrooms Cons: * Other than suites, the beds were not as comfortable as we expected * Very few trash bags * No foosball or video game table as shown in pictures * Bunk beds squeaked very loudly when anyone moved

Excellent Getaway, Fantastic Place

The All-Star was fantastic! Roomy, modern, centrally located and above our expectations. We were 5 people gathering for our 39th annual college friends trip - with two of our sons in tow. Gina was very attentive with all questions and every element of the process was smooth. We could walk downtown to evening dinners, with walking access to grocery, coffee and even the Cherry Creek running trail. Thank you!

Great rental!

Everything was honestly very good. The only small critique I have is that considering how large the place is, it could use better sound. The only sound right now is directly from the TV. A soundbar would good a long way. Also, the showers were very confusing

Clean, Stylish and Prompt

Very convenient and a clean property. There was a system glitch and we never received our entry code. We were coming in from a very long flight but the property manager was called us right back as soon as I emailed, before we could even panic. The communication was prompt and everything is as described. I would definitely choose this place again for a large group travel to Denver.

Worked well for a group of coworkers

We rented the penthouse for a few days for a team meeting and it worked great for our purposes. If you are a fan of pretty much any Denver sports team, this place is for you— there is so much unique Denver & USA sports memorabilia, almost all autographed. The fixtures and appliances are all high end (i.e. Wolf induction cooktop) and the space is nicely furnished. A couple of things to be aware of: the place is close to downtown but on a busy road and a few blocks from most businesses; expect to walk 10 minutes to get to shops/restaurants. The coffee situation is also a tad disappointing for a high-end rental: there's a Keurig but zero coffee pods provided; gotta bring your own. Otherwise perfectly lovely stay. Management company was responsive and helpful!
