Jenn was a great host! Her guest house is very cozy. We really enjoyed the games and record player. Plus, it's a quick walk to get good!

Loved our stay at the guesthouse!

We loved our stay at the guesthouse over New Year’s Eve! It was super clean and cozy, great walkable location to visit with our friends in the area. Jenn was really helpful and responsive and a great time overall!

Perfect!

The location was central to our groups activities and walkable grocery store and easy access to interstate. The beds were comfortable and the home was light and bright. 5 stars!

Seriously lovely little house

The house is spotless, bright and airy in a really cute neighbourhood convenient to lots of things. The living area is absolutely lovely with windows overlooking sky and treetops, comfortable seating and a pretty and well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this house! One of the nicest I've ever stayed in!

Nice, clean, great location.

First off the owners are great and took care of all of our needs. A for communication. The property was extremely tidy and nice. The location was perfect for our needs. Definitely will be back!

Spotlessly clean, bright and in a convenient location

This rental was perfect for my husband and I and my sister-in-law. It's spotlessly clean, bright and fresh. Lots of good restaurants on Tennyson Street within walking distance. Easy access to I-70 for getting around Denver and points west. Would definitely stay again.

The guest house exceeded expectations. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped. Beds were very comfortable as was the living space upstairs. Loved the big rain shower in the bath. Great location with easy street parking. Walk to the grocery store or several restaurants. Very good value!

Perfect Home Away from Home

We absolutely loved our stay while moving our son into college recently. We truly felt like we were in a home, there was more than enough space for all of us and loved the location - walking distance to great restaurants and easy to get everywhere we needed in the Denver area! Jennifer was extremely responsive! We can't wait to be back for another visit.

Perfect Stay

Host was generous and quick with communication! The space was better than we could have expected (and we had high expectations after reading reviews). Not a single complaint or piece of feedback. Absolutely will stay again if given the chance.
