THE HOME

The home is designed around the things that matter during a longer stay: comfortable sleeping arrangements, functional living spaces, convenient storage, a fully equipped kitchen, and the freedom to enjoy a home-like environment.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms across two levels.

* Primary bedroom: Located upstairs, featuring a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
* Second upstairs bedroom: A comfortable additional bedroom with a bathroom nearby.
* Flexible third bedroom: Located on the main floor and designed to accommodate different needs. Choose twin bunk beds for children or a queen bed for adults. Please let us know your preferred setup before arrival.

The flexible bedroom arrangement makes this home convenient for families traveling with children, couples traveling together, visiting relatives, and small groups who appreciate having their own space.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA

The large living room features high vaulted ceilings and comfortable European-made furniture, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a busy day exploring Denver or working in the city.

A separate dining area provides space for family meals, takeout nights, or breakfast before heading out. An upstairs loft adds extra flexible space for reading, relaxing, or enjoying some quiet time.

We’re a pet-loving family with a beagle of our own, so we understand that pets are part of the family. We welcome approved pets and want you and your four-legged companions to feel comfortable during your stay.

Pet-friendly features include a doggy door leading to the enclosed patio and a tall, locked patio gate.

Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. A $99 nonrefundable pet fee applies. Please supervise pets outdoors and clean up after them.

Move-out cleaning fee: A $299 cleaning fee is payable upfront. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items as permitted by the rental agreement and applicable law.

Pets: Approved pets are welcome with a $99 nonrefundable pet fee.

Move-out notice: A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required, as specified in the rental agreement.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside in the private patio areas only. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and garage.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Pool: The community swimming pool is seasonal and subject to community rules and operating dates.

Bedroom setup: Please request either twin bunk beds or a queen bed for the flexible third bedroom before arrival.

Outdoor space: The patio is enclosed with a tall, locked gate but is not a grassy backyard.
