  • Recently renovated 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home in gorgeous Park Hill, only blocks from City Park, The Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Zoo, and lively East Colfax – bustling with restaurants, bars, music venues & shops. A quick 3-mile shot to downtown / RiNo. Free parking for 2 cars, and free laundry.

    THE SPACE
    Your group will love the ample space: 3 separate living rooms w/ Smart TVs, front and backyard dining areas, and a gorgeous tree-lined parkway right across the street, where you can head over for lawn games or a picnic.

    Flex / workspace for those who need to telecommute. Excellent 200+ mbps internet.

    Complimentary teas & coffee are provided, along with breakfast goodies to tide you over until you hit the town.

    If you’re not dining out nearby, you can whip up meals in the newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 separate dining areas that can accommodate 8 guests. There is an additional kitchenette in the basement w/ k cup coffee machine, electric kettle, and microwave.

    The washer and dryer are free to use anytime along with complementary detergent and fabric sheets.

    I live in an entirely separate owner’s unit and can be easily reached anytime.

    Please be mindful of the neighbors and limit noise outdoors after 10PM.

Cozy family home with lots of room

The house has lots of room for the whole family. It was very clean and cozy. The beds were really comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was amazing.The host was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful little gem in the heart of Denver. The space is cozy and comfortable. The owner is outstanding, friendly, and very quick to respond to messages. The beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Highly recommend a stay here!

Denver Visit

Perfect spot for my husband and myself visiting our daughter in Denver. We wanted a quiet comfortable place to sleep and walk neighborhood when we were not with kids. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Loved the neighborhood and walking to local coffee shop in AM. Would stay again.

Amazing!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect! Location was close to everything we wanted to do. This home was spotless, bedding was nice and white and mattress was so comfortable. Very quiet in the house so no problem sleeping. Great communication with host. Will definitely be back to stay at this gem!!

The space is fairly basic, but there is parking and the communication is all you can hope for in regards to checking in, etc. if you want a place to park your car, with some space and a cute patio, and an understanding that the host is going to be there to answer your every question and make sure everything is fine, then this is a great location. I would rank it on the upper third of places we've stayed at on VRBO.

Excellent Place to Stay in Denver

Had a great experience staying here while on spring break. Property exactly as described with nice outdoor area, convenient washer and dryer room and nice bed rooms. The location is great. Very close to City Park and to numerous cool restaurants, with easy access to downtown and to the mountains. Excellent communication with manager. Could not recommend more.

Good space for our quick trip

We enjoyed the rental and it was well-located for the things we wanted to do in Denver. Didn’t realize the kitchen was more of a “kitchenette” but it had what we needed. Rooms/beds were comfortable. It’s below the main house and there were dogs running around overhead several times that we were hanging in the living room, but that was pretty minor regarding the overall experience. All our needs were met and we enjoyed the stay!

Great Location, Nice Neighborhood

David was a very responsive before and during our stay, to include several requests for date changes on my part. The property is close to downtown Denver. Easy Uber, there’s also usually motorized scooters and bikes you can ride around, which my daughter and I enjoyed. The property was clean and had plenty of amenities. Overall it was a perfect fit for what we needed. My daughter and I were there for a tournament in the Denver/Aurora area. Would stay there again if we come back.
