Linda was very kind and great with communication. I have stayed in this complex at least 2 other times and enjoy the location and ease of access... All the condos I've rented here are pretty much the same layouts and comfy. Everything you'd need is in the condo unless ur making a 5 course meal lol... It's perfect for 1 or 2 people and the king size bed is really comfy. Washer/dryer is always nice to have during ur stay... Plenty of parking here, never an issue... It's fairly quiet, especially after approx 1030p... Nobody slams doors much, you can hear people taking thru vents at times, but that's pretty normal... Overall, I'd recommend staying here, especially in this complex..

We stayed at this condo while looking for an apartment and it was a great place! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and it’s very local to the DTC. would recommend!

Not a good review

The day before our arrival we receive a notice that we are on the third floor - this is not a condo as stated originally it is an apartment building. I contacted Linda who stated she would give full refund. Too late to get anything (since we were flying in) else so we stayed. As you can see the place was not the cleanest. Dishes were mis-matched and only hid one dinner plate the rest were sandwich plates. She did purchase a new frying pan because there was no way to use the on that was provided and she did come to give us a dish hand towel. The mold in the bathroom needs to be cleaned. The vent on the ceiling by the bathroom needs to be cleaned and the oven and stove really need a good scrubbing. This place should never have been given a 9.2 rating. We were very disappointed. Also we are nearing 80 yrs young and did not appreciate walking up 3 flights (36 stairs) with two heavy suitcases (which are consider carry ons by the airplanes - I can't imagine having a bigger suit case). Nice but is looking tired.

5* for the quietness. 5* for the comfy bed.Unfortunately the place wasn't very clean and is looking very tired. Kitchen equipment needs updating. Only one mug and one teaspoon! Mismatched plates and flatware. No cookie sheets. Top of hob was very dirty. Bathroom, small and bath was dirty. Difficult to get the right temperature on the shower. No plug for the bath.

Great VRBO Stay

I had a very nice experience with this VRBO. Communication with the host was very good, and directions to the condo were detailed and easy to follow. The unit was clean and in a nice, safe neighborhood. I would not hesitate to recommend this VRBO as a great place to stay.

Excellent easy stay

Staying here was a quiet piece of mind. The location was convenient to Fiddler's Green which was our main reason for the stay. We were able to walk around to a few.other places too. Not being familiar with the Denver area, communication and recommendations from Linda.was great. 10/10.

Nice Condo

The condo was in a nice, centrally located area, the unit was clean, quiet, and charming. If I need somewhere to stay next time I'm visiting the Denver area, I'll definitely try to book here again.

Wouldn't book this property again

Not cleaned properly - dirty oven, grease on oven handle, things in refrigerator, excrement on outside of toilet bowl. Old used bar soap in shower. Toilet would keep running after flushing unless the handle was repeatedly jiggled. Shower faucet valve was loose and about to fall off. Had to repeatedly contact host for check-in details and only received day before trip.

Just perfect!

The condo was perfect in all ways: location, supplies and comfort. The host was super helpful and accommodating during the snowstorm to make sure we were able to get in and settled safely. I will definitely be checking availability here the next time I come to town.
