3,000-sq-ft, 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath Brighton home in the heart of the Denver Metro Area. Enjoy the converted garage movie theatre, indoor fitness area, and spacious fenced backyard with a gas fire pit. Perfect for families, friends, or multiple groups, this home offers a unique blend of comfort, quiet leisure, and outdoor living. Only 15 minutes from Barr Lake State Park and 19 miles from downtown Denver.

This Brighton home has great recreational amenities. Inside, you'll find an indoor fitness/recreational area with an air hockey table and foosball, perfect for staying entertained and active. The converted garage is now a cozy movie theater, ideal for family film nights.

Outdoors, you and your dogs will enjoy the spacious backyard as you cozy up around the gas fire pit. Whether you're looking to relax, entertain, or stay active, this home has something for everyone. The home provides a relaxing space that is perfect for families or multiple groups of friends to enjoy.

Please note, the theater room does get cold in the winter months. There are a couple space heaters to help keep it comfortable.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Brighton, Colorado, is a charming city with a rich history, outdoor recreation opportunities, and a growing arts scene. Just a short drive from our home, you'll find the beautiful Barr Lake State Park (10-minute drive), featuring boating, fishing, hiking, and birdwatching. The Brighton History Museum (5-minute drive) is also nearby, offering a glimpse into the city's past. For some entertainment, head to the Armory Performing Arts Center (5-minute drive), a historic armory-turned-performing arts center hosting various shows and events.

For shopping and dining, Brighton Pavilions Shopping Center (8-minute drive) is an outdoor shopping center with a variety of stores and restaurants. During the summer, the Brighton Oasis Family Aquatic Park (10-minute drive) is a fun spot for families to cool off. The Adams County Fairgrounds (12-minute drive) host the annual Adams County Fair, as well as other events and festivals throughout the year. We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised.

We had high hopes, but unfortunately, this stay fell short. We reached out to the host hoping they’d make things right after finding that several advertised amenities weren’t usable—but the response was basically that we should’ve contacted them during our stay for repairs. While that might work for some, we were on vacation—not looking to manage maintenance issues.The BBQ didn’t work, the fire pit was unusable, the couch’s recliner was broken and sunk in, and the kitchen was stocked with worn-out cookware and hardly any utensils. There were only 2 hand towels in the kitchen, no potholders (I almost burned myself), and a blender with no lid. The dishwasher was broken and barely worked. The kitchen sink wouldn’t stop running. We found dried contact lenses on the upstairs bed—gross.The downstairs felt like a fire hazard with blocked windows, the side gate didn’t lock, and the back door was hard to shut. Oh, and the toilet paper? One-ply. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like wiping with sandpaper.Parking was super limited—tight driveway, and the street was always packed. The house had no “extras,” just basic shelter. Honestly, for the price, my home offers more. If you just need a place to sleep and don’t care about comfort or amenities, this could work. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.We took photos, but it won't allow me to upload.

The theatre was a hit for the kids! There is so much space for gathering or separating if need be. Host was very attentive and it was all around the perfect place for what we needed for a Colorado spring break. 5/5

The house was wonderful and clean, making for an enjoyable stay. The only downside was the limited hot water supply, but despite this small issue, it’s a place I would happily return to in the future.

The location, and amenities this property offers are nice. However, what you see and what you get, are not quite the same. If you look at the photos then reduce what you see by 20% of what it really is, is a fair assessment. For starters, the carpeted areas are tattered/worn out in several areas due to usage, smells like animals and displays multiple evidences of animal mishaps not to mention walking in your socks, gets animal hair all over you. This carpet should be replaced. There were several issues we encountered, that not only the cleanliness, but lack of maintenance and repair, some of this for safety. Some of the furniture is in need of replacement like many other things. One of the selling features is a movie theater and game room. Since we had children this was a deciding factor to keep them entertained. What we got was a converted two car garage space that has no dedicated HVAC. In our case the very cold mornings and nights, made it unusable - period. Adding up my comments, you decide,

The house was not clean, the carpets are filthy dirty throughout the entire house, the backyard is a hot mess with weeds/ leave everywhere which prohibits the use of the back yard. Patio furniture has rips n tears in several, seats, big green raggedy umbrella thrown across the yard. When stepping out onto the porch it wobbles due to unsteadiness. Bedroom on top level with stripe accent wall has a huge dip in the mattress. Tv in master bedroom didn’t work. Overall rating 2 stars.

Loved the location, close to all things we wanted to do. The air didn’t work the first day, they sent someone out to fix it and I got better. The last night the air didn’t work at all entire house was 80 degrees. Two family members slept outside as it was cooler out there. The back yard had a lot of weeds and wasps nests so was co corned for the kids getting stung. The house was the perfect size for what we needed just felt for what we paid for it could e been better.

My son had his bachelor party trip and stayed here with friends. Plenty of space for all of the guys. Nice backyard but definitely surrounded by many close homes. They had a great time on their trip and he even got to go to Estes Park a couple of times. It was an easy location and easy check in. Coffee maker was broken but no other major issues. They had an absolute blast and enjoyed watching movies in the theater also. Thanks for the stay!

The house is exactly as pictured, plenty of space and lots of big bedrooms! We really enjoyed the home, we had 14 people for a BBQ Graduation celebration! My ONLY complaint is that the kitchen is SORELY under equipped. There were very few things needed to cook and serve 14 people, and the house sleeps that many so it’s expected the guests will cook. Otherwise the place is awesome!

The size of the house was perfect for our group, however I thought it could have been cleaner and stocked a little better in the kitchen. Only three large mugs were provided for coffee;would suggest a few more especially since the house is advertised for 14 people. Also, I thought the “theater room” was misrepresented in the listing. It appeared to be in a basement in a large space, but was actually in a garage converted for this purpose. Not very appealing or inviting for all us.
