The Space:
Mere blocks from City Park, you’ll find a gorgeous brick home nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood. This home features two vibrant living areas, a gorgeous turf backyard with a covered patio, and ample space to sleep 9 guests. Enjoy the colorful art pieces throughout, including a mural painted in one of the bedrooms.

You’ll find TVs in both living areas. On the main floor, you can relax on the velvety couch, enjoy a meal in the dining area, or cook up your favorite dish in the bright and well-equipped kitchen. This floor has two bedrooms and two stunning bathrooms, one of which is an en suite.

In the basement, you’ll enter the second living area with abundant seating options. You’ll find two more bedrooms, another bathroom, and the laundry room on this level.

Stepping into the backyard, you’re underneath a large covered patio with a skylight. You’ll find seating options, outdoor games, and a turf yard. From the covered patio, you can avoid the elements to reach the detached garage.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests' ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms on each level. There are 5 stairs when you enter and exit the home, and there are 13 stairs from the main level to the basement.
• The propane firepit on site is NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the firepit, you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank.
• The fireplace is currently out of order.

Family wedding

We had a nice stay. There was space for a small brunch and comfortable for 9 of us. It is in a quiet, felt safe neighborhood. Nice sidewalks with lots of pretty gardens in the home surrounding the place. Lots of places close by to shop for food. Close to a light rail station and not far from the airport.

Family wedding

Me and my three elderly sisters attended a wedding at the Denver city Park pavilion and the location of this house was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen and bedrooms are perfect for us. The bathrooms were beautiful,. We were hoping to have an offstreet driveway as that was what it look like in the listing. Also one sister had just had hip surgery and the shower seat in the master bathroom was pretty low so really unusable for her. But overall, we had a great time.

Chic time with Mercy Me at Red Rocks!

This property served us well with all the right amenities. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and were able to walk to a nice coffee place. Most of all, I appreciated the help of our host as this was the first time I had set up a VRBO...and I'm not a spring chicken! :)

Nice property

Good, quiet neighborhood and nice rental. One thing that has been mentioned before by others: did not use the garage because there isn't a key or a keypad on the back door. Would have loved to use the garage instead of parking on the street. Had a minor problem with the bathtub drain but it was resolved quickly. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

First rate rental in great location in Denver

This was one of the best short term rentals we have stayed in. The house was spotlessly clean. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, our older relatives were safe. We enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs suite which had two bedrooms and one bath. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for our family gathering. The lighting was great, the number of plugins more than adequate, the heating and cooling worked well. We enjoyed playing games in the back yard and taking walks in the lovely neighborhood of big trees and charming homes. There is a two car garage but we had trouble with the code. However this was not a problem since there was plenty of street parking. I highly recommend this house for a Denver stay.

Clean house in Clermont

Very neat, clean. Slept great. Good location for our holiday. Immediate communication with owners when garage door didn’t work - it needed the battery changed. One negative was the rear door would unlock when closed, and did not have a combination to open. So when parking in garage we had to walk around the hose to enter through the front door. Garage was very secure, nice to park off the street.

Great location and the bonus of 4 private rooms, with 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas fully stocked with everything needed for our 3 night stay. Highly recommend.
