We had the BEST time staying here! It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Easy to get to everything. The host is great, helpful, not imposing. So above and beyond the ordinary, she provided coffee, creamers, candies, condiments and made everything feel super homey. Everything in the house was comfy and cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very cozy and stocked with fruit, snacks and candy and drinks and condiments in fridge. Location was perfect. Our host was close by if needed and checked in on us and gave us some good info. We would definitely return !

The place was perfect for us! Sherri was a great host and clearly put a lot of time and energy into providing a really nice and comfortable place to stay. There were lots of amenities and the pictures don't do the place justice.

Very clean quiet comfortable place. Great beds showers and a well stocked kitchen. Great communication and 15-20 min drive to Red Rocks. Hope to stay here again.

Amazing host!

Property is well maintained and the host has every detail covered. Fresh fruit, snacks, candy, coffee, and even chilled beer mugs were available. Lovely home that we were able to relax in and enjoy our time with our family.

Attending a Wedding

Check-in was straight forward and Sherri the owner was great.Lots of snacks including a bowl of fresh fruit was provided. We were parents of the groom and we had my 80 year old parents staying with us. It worked out great.

Wonderful property

We were in town for a concert and this property was not only close to the venue, but close to 4 beautiful small towns that kept us busy and well entertained. The house was comfortable and very well maintained and equipped. We would stay there again.
