▶ Pets are not allowed. A violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the cottage is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ TRASH: The trash bins are located on the side of the property. Guests are expected to place trash in the bins as needed and ensure they are sealed properly to maintain cleanliness and avoid attracting pests.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.

A perfect spafe

We stayed here for the Mumford and Son show in Red Rocks. The location and setup was perfect!! My recommendation would be out blackout curtains in the bedroom upstairs and some shade in the backyard.

Friend Reconnect

The three of us have been friends since 7th grade and life has happened! We scheduled this short trip for a chance to reconnect and simply enjoy each others company. This cottage was the perfect location to all of our bucket list items- Red Rocks Amphitheater, hiking, local breweries and restaurants, and the unexpected group favorite, rafting in Golden! We left feeling charged for sure. The cottage was super clean and beautifully decorated. When we had a hard time locating the cottage in the middle of the night (it is tucked behind another property) Irina was very responsive and assisted us. We look forward to another trip soon and highly recommend this VRBO!

Don’t sleep on this property!

One of the best short term rentals I’ve stayed in - clean, well equipped, super responsive property manager/owner, excellent location for our plans in the area. I cannot recommend this place enough, and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in this part of Colorado.Thank you, Irina, for a wonderful experience!
