A second bedroom offers another queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full bed—ideal for kids, friends, or solo travelers. The modern kitchen and spacious living area make it easy to relax, cook, or entertain.
One of the standout features is the rooftop deck with sweeping mountain views—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. There's also a private back patio that opens directly to a neighborhood playground, offering a peaceful and family-friendly outdoor space. Guests will have access to one parking spot in the driveway. Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.
