Welcome to your serene Centennial retreat. Relax, unwind, and celebrate life in this stylish, newly remodeled home. Just minutes away from the Denver Tech Center, University of Denver, and Littleton, the possibilities are endless. Have a cup of coffee on the deck, cook a delicious meal in the fully stocked Island kitchen or BBQ, take a meeting in the home office and then end the day with a hot tub soak. So many memories to be made. Enjoy!

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This home boasts 5 separate bedrooms with 6 beds in total each with closet space.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is the largest with 3rd story views and a King Sized Bed
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and 3rd story views
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has two single beds and 3rd story views
Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with back yard access.
Bedroom 5: The basement bedroom has a kind sized bed and access to the basement living room

BATHROOMS:

This home has 3 newly remodeled bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom features a rainfall shower head and hand held as well as a tiled bench, the midlevel bathroom’s shower is encased in glass and the last is an ensuite bathroom with a tub and easy access to the hot tub. These bathrooms provide ample space for your entire group.

MAIN LEVEL:
As you open our front door feel welcome and at ease in the spacious foyer observing our open concept living room kitchen and dining room. Heading into the living room you will find our mid century modern, eclectic interior design with larger neutral tones and pops of color. Take a seat on our comfortable sofa, curl up with a pillow and tune in to your favorite streaming service on our mounted 55-inch smart TV.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA:
Take in the breadth of our fully stocked, newly remodeled, quartz counter, island kitchen. We have every pan and dish you may need to cook any recipe of your choosing. Have breakfast at our Island counter or a feast with your entire party at our dining room table.

UPPER LEVEL:
Up the stairs to your you will find three bedrooms and one bath. The east facing bedroom features a king-sized bed, a closet, dresser and 3rd story views of the back yard and neighborhood. The northmost bedroom houses a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a few eccentric pieces with red and white tones. The west facing room features two single beds, a closet and fun dragon tapestry. Down the hall you will find our spacious newly finished bathroom with walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and tiled bench.

LOWER LEVEL:
Heading down the first stairs you will enter our midnight blue office space. Pull out the chair and open your laptop for a comfortable work from home experience at the vintage desk. You will also find our second bathroom with glass walk-in shower. Through the north door you will find a calmingly designed en-suite bedroom with a king sized bed, a bathroom, closet and direct access to the back yard.

BASEMENT:
Heading downstairs to the basement you will find our board game area and second living room. Pull out the poker chips or monopoly and be in the moment in this cozy nook. Or lay down on our large comfortable couch and put on the game or your favorite movie on the 65” Smart TV. So much to Enjoy! Through the south door you will find the final bedroom completely blue and with a king sized bed for your privacy and comfort.

You can also find the laundry room through the door next to the staircase.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Walking through the dining room onto the back porch you will be bathed in the comfort of our deck. Relax on a chaise lounge chair or open the grill for a family BBQ. Open the umbrella and simple appreciate the moment.

From the ensuite bedroom on the lower level you will find our state-of-the-art jetted hot tub. What more could you ask for on the cool nights of Colorado than a heated soak with your friends and loved ones. Cheers!

The home was lovely and great space. The only unfortunate experience was the AC: freezing on the lower level and warm in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The back patio was nice but the deck should have been swept.

This property suited our family well for a memorial gathering. It was well appointed and very comfortable. My only suggestion is If you have an infant and plan to use the portable crib, bring your own pack n play sheets.

Bright, welcoming space. Steps to upper floor and down to lower floor easy to block, thus leaving living space infant safe. Rooms/bed clean, tastefully decorated; bathrooms idem. Location ideal for us: close to family, not too far from center of town. Only drawback: ventilation system in boiler room rather noisy, should be look at by owner.

House was very spacious and had great amenities. Very clean and the check in process was super easy. Denver got hit with the biggest snow storm in 4 years during our stay and the rental company was very good in communication during the uncertainty of the storm.
