Welcome to your peaceful Centennial getaway, perfect for families and groups!
- Cozy 5-bedroom, 3-bath home features two welcoming living rooms with smart TVs and games, plus a modern open kitchen.
- Work remotely with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated office.
- Outside, relax in the fenced yard with a hot tub, dining deck, and BBQ grill.
- Enjoy free parking, self check-in, and a quiet location near the Denver Tech Center and University of Denver for both business and leisure stays.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

With over 2,100 square feet across multiple levels, this inviting space is ideal for families, groups, or remote workers seeking comfort, privacy, and plenty of room to relax.

Gather in two separate living rooms, each with cozy seating and smart TVs. Whether hosting game night, enjoying a movie, or curling up with a book, the layout supports both group fun and quiet moments.

Comfortable Sleeping for Up to Ten Guests
The home includes five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. Three feature king-size beds, one with treetop views, one in the lower level with private entrance and ensuite, and one in the basement. A queen bedroom and a twin room with two single beds complete the layout. All beds include memory foam mattresses and hotel-quality linens.

Three Bathrooms with Spa-Inspired Features
Enjoy three full bathrooms designed for comfort. The upstairs bath includes a rainfall shower and bench, the mid-level bath offers a sleek walk-in shower, and the lower-level ensuite features a soaking tub. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for every guest.

The home was lovely and great space. The only unfortunate experience was the AC: freezing on the lower level and warm in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The back patio was nice but the deck should have been swept.

This property suited our family well for a memorial gathering. It was well appointed and very comfortable. My only suggestion is If you have an infant and plan to use the portable crib, bring your own pack n play sheets.

Bright, welcoming space. Steps to upper floor and down to lower floor easy to block, thus leaving living space infant safe. Rooms/bed clean, tastefully decorated; bathrooms idem. Location ideal for us: close to family, not too far from center of town. Only drawback: ventilation system in boiler room rather noisy, should be look at by owner.

House was very spacious and had great amenities. Very clean and the check in process was super easy. Denver got hit with the biggest snow storm in 4 years during our stay and the rental company was very good in communication during the uncertainty of the storm.
