By booking this property you are acknowledging that you’ve read and understand the terms of use for the hot tub. It is your responsibility to ensure that every person in the house has read and understands the terms of use of the hot tub. If you plan to use the hot tub, every individual planning to use the hot tub MUST fill out the Hot Tub Liability Waiver below.

Please be respectful of neighbors and reduce any noise, especially outside, after 10pm. If we get a call from our neighbors or the police regarding noise or disruptive behavior, you may lose your security deposit. Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fee for additional cleaning.

Please ensure you turn off the propane for fire pit and immediately after use.

No early check in or entry or late check out unless prior written approval from the landlord. If these rules are violated then tenant is subject to $300 late or early check in fee.

We have a strict no pet policy so we can keep our place as clean as possible. If a tenant brings an unauthorized pet to the property, they are subject to a $500 fine.

Great location and awesome communication

Owner was great about promptly responding to questions prior to our booking and stay. Was initially concerned because there were no other reviews for this property, but owners prompt response that this was a new location but they own multiple houses in the area reassured me and we decided to take the chance....super glad that we did!!! Location is convenient and although it was super cold in Denver the weekend we were there, we still made use of the hot tub in the back year! Enclosed porch fit the whole family and was warm enough for dinners and to play board games. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying here again!
