Remodeled Fully Furnished, NEAR DTC, WHOLE FOODS, COSTCO, & CENTENNIAL AIRPORT, DISH NETWROK, SOCCER FILEDS, PARKER, & CHERRY CREEK RESERVOIR WITH MILES OF PATHS, A MARINA, AND SHOOTING RANGE!!! Full Kitchen with Plates and Full Cooking Utensils, 3 Large TVs, Wireless Phones Throughout. Quick Access to the DTC. Rent this fabulous light and bright, stunning condo, decorated by an interior decorator!! This second story condo has 2 large bedrooms on the main floor, each with its own walk-in closet, full bathroom, and private balcony. The lovely open concept kitchen with granite countertops and pine cabinets opens to the dining area and living room. One balcony is located off of the living areas and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room also features a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The Windmill Creek complex, situated in Englewood, is conveniently located to the Denver Tech Center, and in the Cherry Creek School District The property also sits close to the Park Meadows Mall, Centennial Airport, Parker Adventist Hospital and Parker Denver Broncos practice facility, as well as several shops and parks, including the Cherry Creek Reservoir. Cherry Creek reservoir has miles of biking and walking paths around a huge reservoir complete with a marina, boat storage and rental. There is a rifle range, and a remote control airplane flying area. It’s a fabulous national park with tons of fun outdoor activities. It even has jet skis available for rent. Where is fishing, swimming, and all sorts of wildlife nearby, dear, etc. Community amenities at Windmill Creek include a beautiful clubhouse with a full fitness center, pool, and hot tub, a volleyball court, and playground area for kids. This unit has an open floor plan with an abundance of natural light and tall ceilings. Landlord is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Colorado. $1500 penalty for smoking in the unit or for having pets in the unit. $15,000 penalty for water births.

This is our second stay at one of Ethan’s condos. His condos have everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean, had soft sheets and comfy beds, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is in a great location about ten minutes from a Whole Foods, Costco, and Trader Joe’s. It is about 30 minutes from downtown. If you are traveling for CCRM highly recommend for a comfortable medical stay. We will only book our Denver stays through Ethan because we know we are going to have a great, clean space.

Great condo and wonderful host

Nice condo in a quiet complex, with convenient parking and a great location within the complex. We were most impressed with Ethan's responsiveness, kindness, and flexibility. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We were happy with the home, downfall was parking with a big truck and trailer needs to be outside the subdivision on the main road which is a short 10 min walk. We were pretty tired and could have used the hot tub but it was not working and under repair. If needing into the pool area use white fobs provided on keys. Allow time to wash sheets before leaving the condo. Overall was a nice place, and owner was
