  • Esta casa de 5 habitaciones recientemente listada ha sido 100% actualizada. Todas las áreas son completamente nuevas e incluyen camas, muebles, alfombras, pisos de madera noble real, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable Samsung, aire acondicionado, horno y calentador de agua para su disfrute.

    El maestro principal tiene techos abovedados con un magnífico spa privado como baño con bañera y ducha separadas con chorros de chorro de agua. (Sí, hay un calentador de agua caliente de 50 gal.) Hay 3 dormitorios adicionales en la planta superior que comparten un baño en el vestíbulo con encimeras de cuarzo y doble lavabo.

    La cocina de diseño bien surtida tiene
    nuevos mostradores de cuarzo con isla central y taburetes de bar, y nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de Samsung que incluyen un cajón para microondas.

    El comedor formal, justo al lado de la cocina, tiene una mesa de madera recién reclamada con capacidad para 8.
    Esta casa cuenta con 2 pantallas planas con WiFi de alta velocidad y una acogedora chimenea de gas con control remoto en la sala para esas noches frescas.

    El sótano tiene otro dormitorio y baño con ducha a ras de suelo y un área de "sala de juegos" que incluye una gran televisión y un amplio sofá para que se extienda.

    Además, hay una lavadora / secadora de nivel principal y un garaje para dos coches para un montón de estacionamiento.

    Esta casa cuenta con vistas a las montañas hacia el oeste y es una base perfecta para visitar Morrison, Golden, los jardines botánicos de Denver, el Anfiteatro Red Rocks, la casa solariega, el cañón de Waterton, el campo de golf Arrowhead, el parque estatal Chatfield y los senderos Deer Creek, todo dentro de 10-15 minutos. I have stayed in VRBO's across multiple states and countries. This was, by far, the best one yet. Even better than advertised, it was beautiful, comfortable, well prepped, and perfectly located (for our trip). Strongly recommend -especially if you are here for Red Rocks!!

Host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout booking process and stay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. Comfy beds, plenty of space to spread out. Location next to grocery store made shopping easy.

This is a beautiful home in a pleasant neighborhood. It is exactly as described and has all of the amenities needed for a great stay. I hope to be back.

House was excellent. Clean. Very well stocked with extra towels, sheets, blankets. Kitchen has everything needed and more. Not just 4 plates, cups and 1 set of utensils. Every cabinet was fully stocked including spices to cook

This place was immaculate! Plenty of room for our family of 5, everyone had their own space and the basement even had an entire suite more or less that we never ended up using. Well stocked kitchen that had an array of utensils, seasonings and the like to whip up meals just like at home! Perfectly located in the south west corner of the Denver metro area, mere minutes away from places like Dinosaur Ridge and Red Rocks. Could not recommend here enough!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for our wedding weekend in Pine and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Mark was a fantastic host—super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we had zero issues. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate such a special time. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Great stay!

Very spacious and well equipped home, recently renovated. Very clean. Kitchen had everything. Owners were easy to deal with. We stayed two months and liked it so much, we’re coming back next summer. Easy access to Red Rocks and foot hills. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store.

Home away from Home!

We so enjoyed the warm welcome, location and accommodations. Well managed/ well supplied! Loved access to Chatfield lake bike trails and pickleball at Bowles. We spent month which passed too quickly. Rstr recommendations were very good. My husband loved the master shower!:) thank you Mark and Julie!

Comfortable and cozy stay

We had a great stay here and would definitely come back again! There is enough room for everyone to be comfortable and the house is spacious and quiet. Everything we needed for a home away from home was included, from a fully stocked kitchen, to extra linens and hangers. Everything was pretty clean except for the stove top looked like it could use a good scrub. Great dual head shower in the master, cute little coffee bar, and all the kitchen needs for cooking some great at home meals! To top it off this was only 10 min from our family that we came to visit. Super convenient for shopping and dining as well if you don’t feel like cooking. Mark was very responsive and we have zero complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient and accommodating

We needed temporary housing while our home was under renovation. We wanted to be within a short drive and Teller house was perfect. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and freeway access. Mark responded quickly to questions and requests and was always pleasant. The house is well stocked and has plenty of room for groups.

Simply Amazing

I’ve stayed a lot of places and this by far was my favorite. The house is amazing. The shower in the master bedroom is phenomenal!!!!! The check in and Out process was seamless. If you are traveling to the Denver area this the spot for you!

3 Generation Family Get together

This was a perfect home for our 3 generation get together. The location was great, very clean and well appointed and the owner Mark was very nice and always quick to respond to questions. Our weather was good and we enjoyed gathering on the patio to enjoy the private yard. The house is located on a quiet cull de sac in a nice neighborhood close to a small shopping area with a grocery store. Very well stocked kitchen except for larger size pots and pans when cooking for 9 people. We all agreed this house was wonderful and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Beautiful newly renovated home in the suburbs

This beautiful newly renovated home is perfect for families or individuals who doesn’t want to stay downtown Denver. Everything in this home is new and top of the line from the bedding to the appliances. The neighborhood is quite and has everything you need without going into Denver. The owner, Mark, was prompt to respond to any questions or request I had. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home in the suburbs.
