Our property has additional sleeping cots in each bedroom that you can use as sleeping beds, this is in addition to the regular beds in the bedrooms. You'll find pillows, linens, and a comforter in the closet for arranging the cots, which you'll be responsible for setting up.
We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.

Fine of $300 for noise violations. - No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval. - Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property. - Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.
2. Property Care - No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.
Pet Policy: - No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs -unattended in the house. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300. - Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. --
