Luxurious getaway near Olde Town Arvada

Summary:
This beautiful home is perfect for a group trip. It is spacious, with 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, dining room, bar, and an office. There is a large outdoor space with a patio and a firepit. The house is comfortable and stylish-wonderfully decorated and feels like a home away from home. We are centrally located- 3 minutes from Olde Town Arvada, 10 minutes from Golden, 15 minutes from Denver, 25 minutes from Boulder, and just over an hour from world class skiing. Enjoy Colorado with this gem!

The Neighborhood:
The house is right across the street from a large park with walking trails, covered gazebo with benches, and a playground. We are 3 minutes away from downtown Arvada with great bars, breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Only 15 minutes away from Denver.
Broncos stadium, Coors Field, Ball Arena- 15 minutes
Red Rocks- 15 minutes
Mission Ball Room- 15 minutes
Elitch Gardens Theme Park- 15 minutes

Getting Around:
There is a large 4 car driveway for parking in front of the house. There is an RTD bus stop directly outside of our house. There is a light rail station 3 minutes away at the Olde Town Arvada Station. The light rail G line is just $3.00 and will take you to downtown Union Station in Denver in 20 minutes. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

This was a great house for our girls weekend. The five bedrooms made it really easy for everyone to feel like they had a little bit of space and privacy in addition to our time together. We had a couple of small glitches with the house and the host was highly responsive.

The space, storage and appliances were nice, but the open shelving was too high to reach many of the dishes. Also, a few more bowls, especially for serving, would be helpful. Pantry is very nice.

The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She made sure that all of our needs were met during our stay. We were staying with a newborn and she accommodated us very well. The house was beautiful and clean and each room was spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and the backyard was more than enough space for my dog to run around. The location of this property is so perfect! No more than 5 min to the grocery store, gas station, multiple food options and coffee shops as well as parks for families and dogs! I can’t say enough about how great this vrbo is! We will absolutely be staying again!!

Wonderful stay! Super comfortable beds and plenty of seating spaces to spread out. The water pressure was superb. Clean, relaxing, overall a great stay. Super close to the beer garden in a nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Easy and fast communication with owner. Beautiful house and very spacious. We enjoyed the patio in back with fire pit. Whole family fit on downstairs couch to watch movies at end of long days. Great find if large group in Arvada!!

We stayed here so we had a landing place between different activities/day-trips. There was a beautiful walking path right across the street from the home which provided a great view from the front window. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were nice. Water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The furniture and decor was trendy and welcoming. Some deeper cleaning wouldn't hurt. The baseboards were dirty and the light fixtures had a layer of dust. The fridge had a funky odor, but we found it and cleaned the shelf that appeared to have a crusty dairy product on it. The propane tanks for the firepit were empty but my husband is a 'gas guy' so he replaced one of them and hooked it back up. With it running, it was wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy a cool evening in Colorado.

The host Brenna was super responsive and the home was as described and pictured and was within 45 minutes of so many wonderful places to visit. We had a wonderful stay at this property! We had a group of 9 girls and we all slept very comfortably. The house is right across from a big park that was wonderful! In a very safe and quiet area. I would most definitely stay here again. Breanna was very easy to get in touch with and even let us check in a little early once the house was clean. Highly recommend for a family or group of people.

Denver - Red Rocks

The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again if we are back int he area. Olde Town Arvada was also charming and a mile down the road which was an added plus.
