Brand-new build, designer interior, three levels, four King bedrooms plus a fifth bedroom
with two Full beds — sleeps 12 across 5 distinct sleeping areas. Two living rooms with smart TVs
(concert pre-game on one, kids’ movie on the other). Open kitchen with oversized island and
stainless appliances, fully stocked with cooking basics. Large dining area for the whole crew. 5.5
bathrooms with tankless water heater means parallel-track mornings — no waiting on the shower line and hot showers!

The lower level is the entertainment floor: lounge space, smart TV, and air hockey. Upstairs:
the four Kings bedrooms spread across the floor. Three floor plans live in the photo
gallery — you’ll know exactly which room each pair gets before you arrive.
Outside: private hot tub, fire pit, backyard with games. Multi-vehicle driveway parking. Self checkin
by keypad — providing flexibility after a late night Red Rocks finish.

show afterparty is the use case this house was built for.

• Ski-corridor base camp. 40 minutes to Loveland / A-Basin, 90 minutes to Vail. Cheaper than

Self check-in via keypad after 4 PM — flexible for late concert arrivals. Full house yours: all three
levels, hot tub, fire pit, backyard, both living areas, all bedrooms, all baths, kitchen. Garage and
supply closet are off-limits. We (Kirsten + team) respond within an hour. Local Superhost, 2 years
hosting.

Multi-vehicle driveway parking. No permit needed for street parking on this block. Please park on the street if you supect any car leaks. Thank you!

Check-in 4 PM / check-out 10 AM · 12 overnight guests max · No parties or events · No smoking
or vaping anywhere — $1,000 fine if any smoking material is found or smelled · Quiet hours 10
PM (concert-weekend grace 11 PM if Red Rocks runs late). Exterior cameras (driveway + entry, no
interior). Carbon monoxide + smoke alarms throughout. Brand new home — please respect the
finishes.
