This Arvada home is located in an elite neighborhood, close to interstate…20 minutes away from downtown Denver, and an hour to the ski slopes! The main gathering place is the living/dining/kitchen, which has a coffee station for your morning enjoyment! Lots of natural lighting radiates throughout this fully (2022) remodeled home. The “fun” is in the game room and bar, equipped with both a beverage refrigerator and a wine cooler, the movie theater room seats 12 with a HD projector for your movie entertainment, Disney Plus, ESPN, and more. Enjoy a cook-out on the covered patio, with a large gas grill, and plenty of seating. Great place for the whole family from little ones…parents…and grand parents, all under one roof with plenty of space for everyone. PLEASE PARK ONLY IN DRIVEWAY OR IN FRONT OF MY HOME…NOT IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET! NO KEG OR LOUD OUTDOOR PARTY’S AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE HOME! We have installed security cameras mounted on the exterior corners of the house to view the city streets, sidewalk, and driveway for your protection, as well as ours.

The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean & in place. Comfortable beds and loved having 2 king size rooms with private bathrooms. Great place to spend time with our family. Definitely going on our fav list for Arvada! Hosts were very attentive when we contacted them.

Great space at central location

Family stayed here for 5 days. It is a great location to stay and visit Denver, Golden, Boulder and the Rockys. The movie theater was a good way to relax at the end of the day. Communication with owners was easy and quick.

Oversold Kitchen and Neighborhood in Description

Lots of comfortable space and beds for families. Enjoyed the games and movie theater. Issues with dirty kitchen that we had to clean (owner credited us for cleaning fee), lack of basic cooking utensils, and old, flaking teflon pans so had to scramble to outsource our meals during a holiday. Disappointing experience.

Good family house

had two families staying together , 9 total with varying kids' ages. property had just the right amount of bedrooms and communal areas to keep our families occupied and entertained for our nearly week stay. There were a few items that needed addressing during the week that the property managers did ASAP. Overall appreciative of the owners to share their property with us.

Family Vacation

Plenty of room for everyone. Movie room and rec/bar rooms were a big hit. We had a group ranging 1 - 84 yr old. Fenced in back yard was nice to contain children, as well as just relaxing around the table. Just needs some more grass. Three bedrooms up with one en suite and two down including bunk room and master with en suite. This info wasn’t clear in the listing.

Wonderful Stay

Our family came from Texas and the snow welcomed us in…we don’t see much of that white stuff in Texas. First couple of days were cold but by the time we got ready to leave, the weather was beautiful and we didn’t want to go! This house is gorgeous so homely and comfortable. The outside patio area was very enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood & neighbors. Our favorite room was the Theater Room! The entire house was nice 3 levels of fun, very relaxing with the many recliners and the game room was very fun. This house is perfect for a small gathering or a large gathering like we had! Kudos to Ms. Jan for being a wonderful communicator and responding to all my questions. The only negative comment I heard from some of the family was the rooms were cooler at night time but I believe those were the cold nature people who are always cold! We will visit beautiful Colorado again!!!!

Just as pictured

We had a great stay at this home in Arvada which was just as pictured. The house was located in a quiet and apparently safe neighborhood with an easy drive to Denver and Golden. The many bathrooms were nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the bar/game room and theater rooms as well. The hosts were wonderful. They knew we were coming in for a post Xmas family gathering and thoughtfully left their holiday decorations up for us. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house one day and Jan was quickly responsive to a resolution. Highly recommend this location for a visit to Colorado Denver/Golden area.

Perfect Christmas getaway

We have family who lives in Arvada whom we visited for Christmas. This property was perfect for us. It was clean, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. A great bonus was the movie room and the play area with air hockey table and basketball game. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The showers are good with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The hosts communicate well and have clearly lots of experience with renting this home. Well done!!

Winter vacation in Colorado!

The place is clean and have enough space for the entire family. It is within short driving distance to grocery stores and shopping centers. It is outside the Denver downtown area making it easier to travel to different destinations without the hassle of heavy traffic in the City.

Fantastic

This was the perfect house. The huge theater room was perfect. We loved it….. checking in at 4:00 was a little late but it was worth it. If you don’t mind checking in later. Such a great home. Wish we had more time in the house. Great host and the TVs in all but one room and the rooms were just perfect. We appreciate the hospitality!!!! Can’t forget about the coffee they offer for free in the morning. WORTH THE STAY!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect spot to host a family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed the safe neighborhood in a nice area of town. We were close to various attractions & some great restaurants. The house size is amazing & the accommodations were very nice.

Wonderful Home Beautifully Appointed!

When you walk up to the house, it seems unassuming and defies what is found when you enter! It’s an easily accessible tri-level home. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and has just about everything that any group or family would need during their stay. We held our board working retreat there, so we regrettably didn’t have the time to enjoy the amazing fun space that’s on the lower level. Nevertheless, we were all impressed with the large home theatre, game and bar space down there! I contacted the owner because we were in need of an extension cord to power all our computers. Not only did Jan answer the phone immediately when I called. She communicated with warmth and great care. She wanted to check in with her husband to see if there may be one somewhere. When she called me back she was sorry to let me know that they didn’t have one and suggested we take one of the bedroom lamps to the patio where we were working as they have additional outlets at the base. Brilliant! We did that until one of our board members was able to go to a nearby store during our lunch break to purchase an extension cord…one that we’ll undoubtedly need in the future anyway. Jan’s helpfulness and demeanor suggested to me that there will surely be an extension cord available in the future. We asked for a late check out and Jan not only easily accommodated that, we were only charged an extra $100, which is what their housecleaning crew requires for coming later…very generous!
