The Living Area
With the three comfy sleeper sofas and hanging egg chair there is plenty of seating for the whole group. Enjoy watching your favorite team on the 55-inch smart TV! The 420 toke table has everything for your smoking needs! The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events.
The Kitchen
Chronic is equipped with an open kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. The kitchen features a bar top with 6 bar stools and a liquor dispenser! Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving. Your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your KushKation.
The Bedrooms
KushKations Chronic features 6 bedrooms. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms all featuring king-sized mattresses. The bottom floor has a bedroom with a king bed; 1 bedroom with 2 double-sized mattresses and the last bedroom has 2 bunk beds with 4 full-sized mattresses. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV, office desk and chair, and hangers + laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.
The Bathrooms
Chronic features 3 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms are on the top floor, 1 being ensuite with the king bedroom and the other is located in the hallway. The last bathroom can be found on the bottom floor. Guests can freshen up before they explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathrooms. Guests can find hairdryers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other accessories located in the bathrooms.
The Theater Room
Kick back and enjoy the luxurious 6-seater recliner theater room! Guests can log in to their favorite streaming services on the 75-inch Smart TV to feel right at home. Chronic features a private enclosed backyard with a brand new 6-seater hot tub, a propane gas grill, and a tree hammock. Guests need to either provide their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. The backyard also features an outdoor movie projector, disc golf, cornhole, and a firepit. Guests can also entertain at the dining table located next to the hot tub. Utilize the hot tub to unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, the hot tub provides year-round relaxation for guests.
