🚫 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Parties and events are strictly prohibited and this rule is firmly enforced.



This is a family neighborhood with a 10:00 PM noise ordinance.



Please bring all activity indoors after 10 PM and be respectful of our neighbors.



Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.



🐾 PET POLICY

We are a dog-friendly rental with a 2-dog maximum per stay.



A non-refundable pet fee of $125 applies for one dog and $175 for 2 dogs



Please select the pet option when booking. If you missed it, contact us to arrange payment.



⚡ ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING

An EV charger is available near the Guest Parking spot.



The fee is $10 per day.



Let us know if you plan to use it, and we will send a payment request.



📹 SECURITY

For safety, there is a security camera facing the driveway and front door.



There are no cameras inside the home.



👶 CHILD SAFETY

This property is not childproofed.



Guests with children accept full responsibility for their safety during the stay.



📅 TRAVEL INSURANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance from your airline, rental car provider, or a third-party travel insurance company.



We cannot offer refunds outside of our cancellation policy.



This includes date changes, travel disruptions, illness, or COVID-related issues.



Please review your cancellation policy under your reservation for specific terms.



In most cases, you may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.



Last-minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
