A freshly renovated, tri-level home, tucked into a quiet culdesac minutes off of Arapahoe Rd. Our charming home has been redesigned and refinished with an exceptional guest experience in mind. Walk minutes to a grocer, Starbucks, gym, pizza & other shops. Fresh air via an expansive trail system is min. away. We are 10-15 min. from the foothills by car & 20 min. to Denver. Nearby amenities include Streets@Southglenn, Ikea, Park MeadowsMall, Pindustry, TopGolf & more.

We stayed for 3 days in January 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The host was VERY communicative and helpful. We were 4 adults and the house was big enough for us to all have some space. The house is rally nicely updated and has just about everything you will need. The beds are REALLY comfortable. I like the the master bedroom had a TV (as well as 1 of the other bedrooms) and we had access to the garage, which most STR dont provide. It worked great as it snowed twice while were there. Great location too! We will definitely rebook next time we need to rent something.

Perfect location for our stay over Thanksgiving (and a wedding in Littleton). Rooms had memory foam mattresses and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. House manager, Nathan, was awesome and extremely responsive. Hope to stay again someday.

The place was very clean and had lots of amenities. Very quiet neighborhood and was peaceful. We stayed a week for my sister’s wedding and it was nice having the big space for our family. They had a nice patio area as well. The only thing I did not like was the beds had lots of dips in them so it was hard to get comfortable. I would stay here again though if I ever came back to CO. They even had a crib for use for people with babies which I thought was a nice touch. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and was friendly.

I booked a 8-day stay for my surgery, and my fiancé and parents graciously stayed with me to take care of me. A nurse was also there to visit me throughout the day for the entire week, and the host was incredibly accommodating. Brian was super friendly and helped me change my check-in date. Overall, it was a fantastic location, and I’d definitely stay here again!

House was clean, however, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. One of the beds was so very hard and had big lumps, was not possible to sleep on. One of our group of 4 had to sleep on the couch, the reason for choosing a 4 bedroom was so each would have our on room. Was very disappointing.

The inside was perfect for our family. The place was clean and fully equipped. Some wear and tear issues the proprietors would need to tend to, but overall perfect and met our needs for our weekend stay.Landscaping outside needs work. Extra chairs out back would have been nice but we made it work. Grill should be cleaned after each stay. Might be an issue with the cleaning company and not the owners.The host was wonderful to work with and responsive. I would stay there again.

Clean, peaceful, spacious. Best stocked rental we’ve ever had including amazing coffee bar. So kid friendly and loved the child books. Beds were comfy in those we used. High water press showers were. The BR next to master didn’t feel like air flow was working.

We needed a quiet and calm place to stay during the anniversary of a family tragedy. This house was perfect. There was enough space if one of us needed to retreat and the neighborhood is so, so quiet. Almost everything we planned on seeing or doing was within a half hour. We felt very comfortable here.

Perfect!! Close to red rocks!

we rented this beautiful home to see the Sting concert at red rocks. This house was immaculate and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Decorated beautifully. We loved the coffee bar and sitting by the fireplace in the evenings and in the mornings. We will definitely be back. A highly recommended.

Getting ready space for wedding

This house was PERFECT!! We used it for hair and make up prior to our wedding and it was the best space we could have asked for. Aside from what we used it for, it would be perfect for a family stay with many lounging areas and rooms. Backyard was excellent especially with the sun out. Would look here again for a staycation!!

Lovely and convenient

The house was lovely with homey decor. The kitchen was very clean and nice. The location was convenient for me and my family. I highly recommend this property to stay at. I very much appreciated the bathrooms and how there were hair ties and makeup remover. I loved how the bedroom had Roku tv.
