Old Town Arvada

We have stayed in this condo twice now, both times in the summer. The location is perfect, right in Old Town. Arvada. Lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream stores nearby. The Sunday morning Farmers market is a great perk! Check in and check out are both quite easy. Excellent communication from the owner and manager. We love staying here. We'll stay again soon

Wonderful!

We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again!

We loved this property in a darling area. Very clean and well kept property. Check in with us to make sure everything was great. Artisanal ice cream next door as well as great restaurants and cute shops. Across the street from the light rail too!

Old Town accessible apartment

Location is awesome. Love that there is a garage space, especially when I was there. Lovely accommodation. Would have liked some documents describing things like TV operations, heat and microwave settings. Had issues with the microwave, and after contacting the ‘owner’ was given a complex way to correct. Previous stays at a VRBO resulted in the owner offering in-person support.

October 2024 visit

This Arvada Urban Retreat was a fantastic place to stay. The location in Olde Town Arvada was in walking distance of shopping, restaurants, & bars. The light rail station for the G line was just across the street. This rail can be taken to get all over Denver with connecting rails at Union station….even to the Denver airport. We visited the RiNo area to see the awesome painted murals, attended a concert at Red Rocks and made side trips to Lookout mountain in Golden and Boulder. Had a great time in Denver and recommend staying here.

Fall Family Trip

We recently stayed in Arvada and absolutely loved the location and condo. This is our 3rd time staying in the area and by far was our best experience. The check in/out process was stress-free. The condo has recently been updated and was perfect for a family of 4 with easy access to Arvada and surrounding areas. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Condo was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very walkable. Totally enjoyed our stay there. The garage is a bit of a hassle getting in and out, but since there were 3 of us, there was always someone to jump out and do all the door openings.

Red Rock Bucket List

My college roommate and I have always wanted to go to a concert at Red Rock. We stumbled upon this gem of a condo in Old Town Arvada. It was the perfect location to everything we wanted to do (downtown, Golden, Red Rock and Estes). I loved getting up every morning and walking a half block for coffee. The restaurants, winery and breweries are all an easy walk and incredible.The condo was clean, quiet, and so comfortable. The check-in and out process was easy based off the clear instructions provided. Response time is fast if you have any questions. There is no doubt that this is where I would stay again when visiting Denver.

Property is clean and modern. The extra beds that the listing says are in the common area are actually behind french doors that you can shut so that is helpful. Perfect location

This was the perfect location in Olde Town Arvada! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and great yoga studio. Very quiet (even with the train being so close) and we felt very safe here. Everything was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room. The only hiccup was figuring out the parking garage instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with plenty to do

My husband and I stayed in this condo while attending a family function coupled with some tourist adventures. The location in Old Town Arvada is perfect for walking around town. We found many places to get food and drinks, and some interesting shops. The easy walkability is a true plus. Proximity to highways that lead to sightseeing/tourist experiences is also a plus. The condo itself is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The host provided clear and easy directions for checking in and out, as well as for using the enclosed garage space that comes with the condo. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Center of Old Town Arvada

Everything is close by. They left us ice tea, coffee and popcorn. Much needed after a late flight. Very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing we had trouble with was how to get into the garage. We did figure it out!
