¡Precioso bungalow renovado de la década de 1930 en Englewood!

  • ¡Una casa de los años 30 bellamente decorada a solo dos cuadras de los hospitales suecos y Craig en el viejo Englewood! En una calle muy tranquila en un vecindario tranquilo en un lote de esquina con una gran cocina totalmente equipada, dos dormitorios completos con camas king o queen cada uno con su propio baño completo (con el tercer dormitorio configurado como una oficina tranquila), y realmente impresionante patio trasero grande con un salón de patio completo para los meses más cálidos. Amplio garaje privado independiente para dos autos además de abundante estacionamiento en la calle también.

    150 MB de Internet en todo, sistemas de sonido Sonos tanto arriba como en la habitación familiar abajo en televisores 4K de 55 ", y Chromecast en ambos para todas sus necesidades de transmisión. Toneladas de lindos restaurantes, bares, locales de música y tiendas a pocas cuadras. Tanto los hospitales Craig como los suecos son fácilmente transitables, a solo dos cuadras de distancia.

Outstanding house. Great location. If it hadn’t booked up, we would have loved to have stayed longer. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house was great! It had everything we needed for our stay. The sitting areas and bedrooms were all very comfortable. The host provided a lovely basket of snacks, coffees, teas and some drinks. It was nice to arrive and have a drink before heading out for groceries. Although we didn't use the basement or back porch, those provided a lot of room and would have been great if we'd stayed longer. For those, like me, who never heard of a swamp cooler- don't worry. It worked great to cool the house even on 97 degree days! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in great neighborhood, house has everything you could ask for and more, the host was very accommodating and did a great job making the house feel like home! Will def stay here again when we return!

Everything was amazing! The host anticipated any and every possible need one could think of. A lot of VRBO have nothing but this one had everything stocked, spices, kitchen utensils, feminine products, face masks, laundry detergent etc, etc. The snack basket and drinks on arrival were perfect for my crew. The neighborhood is quiet and the communication with owner was fabulous. I was concerned about swamp cooler for AC but it worked fine like ours at home. We keep it on 68-70 to cool our house in TX. Loved our stay here and will consider rebooking when we’re back in Denver.

Clean, Quiet, and Accurate Listing

Property was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. Excellent location! I will for sure stay here again!

Wonderful home, very comfortable

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the home. We were able to easily work during the days, and attend to our other tasks in the evening. The house is well situated and had evrything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Winter trip to Denver

The bungalow was a charming place to stay and exactly as described. Our host April was very helpful as our departure plans kept changing due to a winter storm. She made a difficult situation much easier. We would definitely stay here again.

very nicely appointed

Lots of nice host touches and the home was well stocked with supplies. Very luxurious and comfortable for the 2 of us, especially the extra living area in the basement. Great location for our planned activities in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants.

Close to hospital and a beautiful retreat.

This is a beautiful property and is walking distance to Swedish Medical Center and the Craig Hospital. The Host was very responsive.

Great place for almost any purpose!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host has thought of everything from the snacks upon arrival to the chargers by the bed. The decor is lovely and the location can’t be beat. We dined at several places on nearby Broadway and enjoyed the proximity to Denver University for graduation. It was the perfect place and way better than any hotel. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful Stay

This cute house worked out wonderfully for us. You can tell the host has pride in the home. April provided all the amenities we needed and she even checked in to see if we had everything we needed. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It has a lovely backyard to enjoy. The location is convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home

We had a great stay at this property. April made us feel welcome in the home, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the snacks, coffee and cold drinks that were available to us. It was also great to have soaps, laundry detergent and other supplies available. The house was clean and well maintained, and tge location was great. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Very nice!

I've stayed at many vacation rental properties, some obviously neglected by their owners. This place is quite lovely; clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Kudos to this owner for caring about the property and their guests' comfort.
