This Denver guesthouse is a true walker's delight, placing you mere blocks from the Art District on Santa Fe and other city landmarks. Find every essential for a memorable stay here, including a stone patio to enjoy on summer afternoons, newer furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen. This guesthouse is located on the basement level of a main house, with its own private entrance in the rear of the property.

After a day spent out and about in the city, come home to relax, unwind, and soak up the sunshine outside on the rear patio. Or, step inside to cool off in the air-conditioned living space and grab a change of clothes from the washer/dryer.

The interior is simple but well-appointed, offering a kitchen with every necessary appliance, a bistro dining table, and an inviting living room with a cable TV. If you're planning to work remotely, high-speed WiFi is provided for your convenience.

This unit is only a block from the Cherry Creek Bike Path and Sunken Gardens Park, and one mile south of downtown Denver and the Colorado Convention Center. What an awesome stay with Jill and Tom! They welcomed us and showed us around the apartment and was always available if we needed anything at all. Beautiful location!! So close to the many things downtown Denver has to offer! We scootered everywhere! Thank you Tom and Jill!

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Very clean, bed is comfortable, attractive sitting area, and outdoor terrace is lovely and peaceful. Off street parking is helpful. As mentioned in other reviews, shower stall is small but quite useable. Kitchen equipment is adequate.

Wonderful and Walkable Location

Jill and Tom’s place offers the best of both worlds. It’s walking distance to many shops, restaurants and activities such as the art museum and Margaret (Molly) Brown Museum. However the lovely patio offers a private and serene garden escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Jill was a great source of information regarding local restaurants. The spacious bedroom offered plenty of closet space and the comfortable bed provided some of the best sleep I’ve ever had on a vacation.

Nice Place, Close to Everything

My wife and I stayed for 6 days at the end of June. Jill and Tom were great hosts with whom were very easy to communicate. The apartment was in the lower level of the house. It was spacious for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and had a full kitchen and TV in the living area. The back yard was a highlight, where we spent much of our time hanging out enjoying adult beverages. The house was close to downtown and was easy to get around. If you have a car, there is parking available in the back. If I have one criticism is that the shower is small and a bit hard to move around in. However, we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay Over Labor Day Weekend

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was as advertised, clean, well-stocked, and a great location. Additionally, there is a nice, shady outdoor space in the backyard to relax and enjoy a cocktail or whatever you may fancy. Communication with the owner, Jill, was seamless before arriving and during our stay. We would highly recommend the apartment and hope that it is available the next time we visit Denver.

well, if you want a home away from home you should stay here! It is definitely a wonderful location to the downtown area. The hosts were more than accommodating and the property was beautiful! Especially the spacious backyard and fountain area. There is a community garden next-door that is in full blossom and it’s so beautiful! I felt like I was in a park. Very quiet neighborhood, immaculately clean apartment, and wonderful hosts! What more could you ask for? I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to my friends! Well done !

Great space - even better hosts

This property was exactly as shown in photos - clean, well stocked, and comfortable. For those who enjoy city/downtown life, this is the spot for you. Lovely back garden space and a dedicated off-street parking spot were very appreciated. While I'm not usually one to seek contact with hosts, I truly felt at home in this space thanks to the very welcoming hosts. I quite enjoyed my chats with them on the occasions our paths crossed.

We loved the location of this property and the backyard patio was a wonderful added bonus. The only part we didn’t love was having a key and the locking and unlocking of all the doors etc. also the shower is a tad small which wasn’t great for my husband who is 6’ 8….

The location was so great! We walked everywhere and uber is easy. The hosts were so very nice and gracious. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything ++ that we needed! She thought of everything you might need ( sewing kit, notebook and pens....) Great visit!

Great spot right next to center of Denver and a few blocks from a vibrant art gallery scene. Very comfy rental and super clean. My Wife and I spent a week here scoping out Denver in advance of a move here and could not have asked for more..The hosts Jill and Tom are lovely and super responsive to any requests you might have. .Very happy with the experience and will try to stay here next time !!

Our rental was super clean, warm and cozy, completely furnished, private and very quiet. We had a wonderful time relaxing, sleeping, eating and hanging out in a very safe environment which was very important to us in these pandemic times. We would definitely recommend this rental! ❤️😀
