Hike the many trails and windy dirt roads in our quiet neighborhood, grab a show at Red Rocks (15 minutes away) or dinner in LoDo (25 minutes), and then come home to chill in the indoor spa or steam shower, or shoot some pool in the billiards room. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, 3 wide-screen TV's, game room with PS4 and our extensive collection of classic board games. Other nearby attractions include the Buffalo Bill Museum (10 minutes), Boettcher Mansion (10 minutes), Lookout Mountain Nature Center (10 minutes), and Mt Vernon Canyon Club (10 minutes).

This property is located on a dead-end dirt road at over 7500 feet altitude, and weather conditions can be harsh and unpredictable, especially in winter. 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended at all times. We do not offer refunds, discounts or take responsibility for inconvenience due to adverse weather conditions. Road will be plowed for all snowfalls 6" and above. We employ a single outdoor surveillance camera, which has a view of the front walkway and driveway.
