Spacious and Modern Brick Townhouse only one block from Downtown Denver. Perfectly situated in Denver's premiere Curtis Park Historic District. Only footsteps to multiple city parks, the convention center, and Denver's RiNo District. Custom lighting, designer furniture, and sleek upgrades line every inch of the space. House features the latest smart home technology including Control4, Lutron Lighting and Shades, Sonos Audio, Josh.AI Voice control, and so much more!!

This three story townhouse features 3 large bedrooms including a Primary Suite on the third floor with an Eight Sleep heating and cooling California King mattress and Kohler Digital Showering System aside a heated towel rack. Roof deck includes TV, motorized awning, modern seating for 6, gas firepit, and outdoor kitchen with sink and commercial gas grill. First Floor Guest Suite features a floating desk, large closet, and en suite bathroom. Main floor has a third bedroom with build in office space and upgraded kitchen. The living room was designed for binge watching on the 77" Sony OLED TV with sofa-shaking surround sound. Each bedroom features motorized Lutron blackout shades, built-in Sonos sound and Samsung Frame TVs paired with touchscreen remotes and Josh.AI voice control. Finished garage includes an 50 Amp Level 2 EV Car Charger and utility vacuum.

Everything was amazing - above and beyond. The place is beautiful and we very much appreciated the small touches - the TicTacs, the Christmas tree, the bottle of wine. We are looking forward to returning in April.

Excellent property. Easy check-in and check-out. Communication with owner Mark just stellar! Beautiful home tastefully decorated. Great rooftop. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Fully stocked kitchen. Parking in garage for small car, on street parking right in front for our oversized Yukon. Safe quiet neighborhood. LOCATION-we left our car parked and walked EVERYWHERE-DCPA, shopping, restaurants, Coors field. Smart house that wasn't too smart for us to figure out, very easy to access and use features. Would recommend and would for sure stay here again.

Had a GREAT time during our visit this weekend. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for 5 adults. The rooftop with firepit was perfect for the cool Denver nights. And all the SMART home features were amazing… Sonos surround sound, alarm, door and gate sensors. Tesla charging station if needed and was nice to have a garage for our rental car. Short ride to Coors field and downtown area. The house had so many thoughtful details from high end soaps, to black washcloths for makeup , to welcoming snacks, coffee pot with Keurig pods and a bottle of wine. Mark the host was very kind and great with communication and truly has done a beautiful job with this property. Lots of stairs but manageable (5 adults in their 40s and 50s)… We would definitely rent again! Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely return. What really stood out to us was that the owner also manages the home directly, and it shows in all the best ways. The attention to detail, the quality of the finishes, and the overall care put into the guest experience were top notch.The home itself was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. Communication was excellent from start to finish—especially when we had a few unique requests. Outstanding in every way

The property is spectacular and very comfortable. The host (Mark) is the best! We do annual reunions and have always stayed in rental properties, as opposed to hotels. Mark and his sparkling new condo would be 10 stars if you could do that.

From the moment we booked this house everything was outstanding. Communication with owner was genuine and extremely welcoming. House was absolutely everything advertised. Exceptionally clean, organized and equipped with anything you could need. Felt like a vacation home shared with extended family. Can wait to book again.

Denver Visit

Beautiful home with state-of-the art media technology and within walking distance to downtown Denver, local grocery stores and Coors Field. A little too warm to use the 3rd floor outdoor facilities......but they looked awesome. Plenty of room for a family of four to have their own space. The master bedroom shower was awesome and the property owner stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks.......a first class gesture. Our family would love to stay here again if/when we visit Denver again.

Great house, great location!

We were in Denver for a college graduation. My husband, sister, myself and my son stayed at the house. We couldn’t have been happier! The house is in excellent condition. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all of the amenities! I would highly recommend this house and plan on staying there again when I’m back in Denver!

Fantastic Smart Town Home

We visited Denver for a girls weekend. This property is great. Our host left us a bottle of wine and snacks on the counter. There were drinks in the fridge. The master has a cooling and heated mattress, which was amazing. Everything was spotless. It is truely a smart house. Shades open and close with one button! We walked most places. Mark quickly responded to any questions. I would definitely rent here again.
