With a bright living room, private front entrance, smart-lock self-check-in, and assigned parking, Unit A is a comfortable home base for up to four guests.

Unit A occupies the front of a property with three separate residences. Warm colors, natural textures, and thoughtful details create a welcoming setting for couples, colleagues, small families, and longer stays.

All indoor spaces are exclusively yours, including two bedrooms, one full bathroom, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry.

★ BEDROOMS & WORKSPACES ★

Each bedroom offers a queen bed, comfortable bedding, bedside lighting, clothing storage, and a dedicated desk and chair. Separate workspaces make it easy to balance work, study, and downtime.

★ LIVING & DINING ★

Unwind in the light-filled living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, an accent chair, and a television against a distinctive stone wall. The nearby dining table offers a cozy spot for morning coffee and meals at home.

★ FULL KITCHEN ★

Prepare your favorite meals in the private kitchen, equipped with:

Enjoy a break outdoors on the furnished, covered back porch. This space is shared with the other two units. Please be considerate of fellow guests and observe quiet hours.

★ LOCATION ★

Walk to the Colorado School of Mines in approximately seven minutes and enjoy easy access to downtown Golden’s restaurants, cafés, shops, and breweries. Explore Clear Creek or spend a day in the surrounding foothills before returning to your comfortable home base.

★ GUEST ACCESS & PARKING ★

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire Unit A apartment and your assigned parking space, along with shared use of the covered back porch.

Your private entrance is at the front of the house, marked “Unit A.” Enter using your personal smart-lock code, which becomes active at 4pm on your arrival day. Self-check-in allows you to arrive anytime afterward, including late at night.

Checkout is by 10am on your departure day.

Your assigned parking space is at the rear of the property, near the porch. Other residences and areas assigned to their occupants are not included in your reservation.

★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★

• Occupancy: A maximum of four registered guests, with two queen beds.
• Property layout: Unit A is one of three separate residences. All indoor spaces and laundry are private; the covered back porch is shared.
• Quiet hours: From 9pm to 7am throughout the property, including the porch.
• Visitors and events: Visitors, parties, and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping: Prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
• Parking: Use only Unit A’s assigned space and keep other parking spaces, entrances, and walkways clear.
• Plumbing: The property has sensitive pipes. Flush human waste only. Place all toilet paper, wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, and other items in the bathroom trash bin, even if labeled “flushable.” Do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down drains.
• Fire safety: Campfires, grills, and fireworks are not permitted.
• Exterior camera: A doorbell camera monitors Unit A’s entrance.
• Supplies: Paper products and soaps are provided. Please message us if supplies run low.
• Trash and recycling: Disposal and collection instructions are included in your arrival message.
• Booking requirements: Guests must acknowledge the house rules and policies and sign the occupancy agreement before arrival. Please review the payment terms and cancellation policy before booking.

1. Respect the property and neighbors: Please treat the apartment with care and be considerate of neighboring residents and other occupants on the property.

2. Parking: Use only the parking space assigned to Unit A. Keep other parking spaces, driveways, entrances, walkways, and neighboring properties clear.

3. Keep the apartment clean and tidy: Wash dishes after use, clean up spills promptly, and place trash in the designated bins.

4. Report maintenance issues promptly: Let us know as soon as you notice any maintenance, plumbing, appliance, or safety concerns. Do not tamper with locks, smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, or other safety equipment.

5. No illegal activity: Illegal activities and illegal substances are prohibited anywhere on the property.

6. No smoking or vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the apartment and all outdoor areas.

7. No parties or events: Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted. Campfires, grills, and fireworks are also prohibited.

8. Noise and quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. Keep music, television, and conversations low during these hours, and maintain considerate noise levels throughout your stay.

9. Registered guests only: The apartment accommodates a maximum of four registered guests. Only guests listed in the reservation may occupy the apartment. Visitors are not permitted.

10. Extended absences: Let us know in advance if you’ll be away for an extended period. Lock all doors and windows and turn off lights and nonessential appliances. Leave the refrigerator, necessary heating, and safety equipment operating.

11. Private-use and shared areas: Your apartment, front entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer are exclusively yours during your stay. The covered back porch is shared with all units. Respect other occupants’ privacy and do not enter their units or assigned areas.

12. Care of the apartment: Use furnishings, appliances, kitchen equipment, and amenities responsibly. Report accidental damage promptly and leave the apartment in good condition.

13. Plumbing: The property has sensitive pipes. Flush human waste only. Place all toilet paper, wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, and other items in the bathroom trash bin, even if labeled “flushable.” Do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down drains.

14. Checkout and door security: Checkout is by 10am. Additional time requires advance approval. Turn off lights and nonessential appliances, leaving the refrigerator, necessary heating, and safety equipment operating. Close and lock all doors and windows, secure the entrance using the smart lock, and confirm it is locked.
