Chic Denver Tech studio

Nuestro lugar está ubicado en la popular área del Denver Tech Center. Es una suite de invitados adyacente a nuestra casa principal. Tiene su propia entrada y se encuentra en el nivel principal (no en el sótano). Recientemente lo renovamos para que se vea moderno, elegante y acogedor. Tiene una cama queen size y una cama queen size adicional (extraíble). La cocina está equipada con un refrigerador de tamaño mediano, anafe, lavaplatos y horno de microondas por convección. Otras comodidades incluyen lavadora / secadora, internet de alta velocidad y cable Xfinity con cientos de canales. Un hermoso parque con un parque infantil y un sendero se encuentra detrás de la casa para actividades al aire libre. La suite de huéspedes también se encuentra a poca distancia del anfiteatro verde Fiddlers, a poca distancia en coche del centro comercial Park Meadows Mall, con una excelente experiencia de compras y restaurantes. Otros lugares de interés cercanos incluyen Top Golf, Aeropuerto Centennial, Hospital / Centro Médico Sky Ridge y muchas más opciones de compras / restaurantes. También estamos a una corta distancia a pie de una cervecería local y una tienda de alimentos saludables. La casa se encuentra entre la estación de tren ligero RTD de Arapahoe y la estación Dry Creek; 30 minutos en el tren lo llevarán al centro de Denver.

We stayed in this studio for 2 days. It was very cute and had the essentials we needed. Although attached to the main house and garage we were not disturbed by noise. It was nice to have kitchen essentials, limited spices, coffee, and water. Thank you for a restful stay. Would stay again for sure if they will have us.

This property was set up nicely, everything was great and comfortable. My husband and godson stayed there 2 nights because of a medical procedure my godson needed that was in the area. They loved the location and ease of getting there and being able to relax after his procedure. Thanks for a great time. Would highly recommend.

Came for a weekend concert and some hiking. This was a perfect location for Fiddler's Green as well as Red Rocks Park and shopping. Accommodations were as described and host was great about communication.

This was our first time in Colorado, so we just picked randomly where to stay. And it ended up being perfect!! The place was very clean and the neighborhood was so quiet. It’s close to the highway which is very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back!

This little getaway is perfect for a small family, couples, or solo travelers. Very quiet neighborhood. Great park and trail behind the house as my friend that came to visit me brought her daughter one day and she just Loved that little park. One of the nicest places I've stayed at hands down. Will stay here again on every business trip when available!

My family enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was the perfect location with quick access to so many things. Everything we needed was furnished and extra touches like laundry soap and dish soap were nice to have on hand when we arrived. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a home away from home place to land.

I needed a place to stay while I looked for permanent housing, and I wish I was able to stay here! It has Everything you need…I thought it was just a washing machine, but it’s a washer AND dryer! Even the microwave is also a conventional oven. And it does work, I just added more time to make sure everything was cooked thoroughly.

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The check-in was so easy, the communication very fast, and nice touches (including built-in USB port for charging our phones on the bedside table, and water bottles in the fridge for us - very helpful on our hikes!) It was the perfect getaway spot for us. Thank you!

Check in was flawless, we got to Denver a little early, and the property was ready with contactless check in. The neighborhood was so cute and safe. Lots of friendly neighbors walking dogs and saying hello. Bunnies in the yard would greet us when we got back everyday. The property is close to everything, but not in a busy area. The property was very clean, and the little additions, like water in the refrigerator made our stay great. We didnt need to contact the property owner durinf our stay, because we had everything we needed. Even a first aid kit in the cabinet when we had a curling iron incident. Lol. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a place to stay.

Chose this property for it’s location and price. Very clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay and overall very happy with our choice. Only complaint was the bedding which really needs to be replaced and upgraded as the mattress too soft.

My daughter's (ages 23 and 15) and I absolutely loved this little studio apartment for our adventures in Denver. Our 1st MLB game and the Taylor Swift concert. Here's what they told me to write. *There's bunnies. LOL! There really were. We counted 5 or 6 of them up and down the street when we got back way late both nights. *It's 1000% safe. *It was super close to the rail system. We parked our car there for 12 hours when we rode into Denver that day and felt comfortable leaving it and felt safe waiting there for the train and coming back at 2AM. *It was well stocked. We were super grateful for the "squeezy" sunscreen in the cupboard because we found out that the Colorado Rockies don't allow spray sunscreen in the stadium. (eyeroll- Go Yankees!) *The kitchen was perfect. We always travel with our own food. *The hide-away bed and the queen size bed were both comfy. And now my 15 year old is convinced she needs her own studio apartment "just like it". I'd also add that it's in a great part of town with super easy access to the freeway and good shopping and restaurants near. If we ever come back to Denver we'll definitely stay here!
