We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The upper level unit can also be rented separately, and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

This thoughtfully designed lower-level suite offers an open-concept living area where soft neutral tones and natural light create a relaxed atmosphere. Curl up on the sectional and stream your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV, or enjoy board games and quiet conversation. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The dining table seats six comfortably, ideal for shared dinners after a day in East Denver or downtown.
Restful bedrooms for every guest
Four peaceful bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests with a mix of one king bed and three queen beds. Each space includes soft linens, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets to ensure a good night’s sleep. A second TV in one of the bedrooms lets everyone unwind their own way, whether that’s a late movie or a quiet read before bed.
Updated bathrooms
Two modern bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers and ample vanity space offer convenience for groups. Guests will find bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, provided for a seamless stay.

Despite being a lower-level unit, you’ll enjoy a private entrance, plenty of parking, and the rare benefit of an expansive one-acre lot. The home’s single-level layout makes moving around effortless, with no stairs inside. In-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and an e-manual with local recommendations add comfort and ease to your visit.

In addition to bus routes, the area also has access to light rail service through the RTD's Denver Light Rail system. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that East Denver has to offer. The nearest station to the home is located within a short distance and can be reached by bus or bike.
Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, providing another convenient option for transportation.
Please be aware that this unit is the lower suite of an up/down duplex, and the upper unit is also available for rent. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles.
