Relaxing girls get away

The property was great, all was as described in the listing. This was our first experience renting a house vs. staying in a hotel. If you are on the fence I highly recommend the house. We could cook our meals, spread out, and relax without stepping on each other as we would in a hotel room.

Not terrible

I can tell the owner is working hard to fix up the property. The upstairs was nice, not enough cookware for a proper meal. We washed every dish before we used them. The beds were comfortable. The towels were thin and tiny. The living area is nice to sit and visit. Would we stay again? Probably not but it worked for this trip.

Perfect Location

We were in town for a ball tourney at Aurora Sports Complex. The house was a mile from the ball park and a mile from groceries/restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable

This is a very clean and comfortable home. The owners have obviously and recently put a ton of work into updating it. It looks like the "after" part of an HGTV house flipping show! Everything is freshly painted. The kitchen and bathrooms look newly updated, with brand new appliances, sheets, towels, dishes etc. It is very handy to have a washer and dryer (located in the basement). You need to bring your own laundry detergent. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. One thing that still needs some attention is the slider door to the deck. It's very hard to open and close so be aware of that. We also noticed several bags of trash along the side of the house, despite the trash bin being very obviously placed in the driveway. Not sure what that's about but it did not really affect us.  I recommend this place!

Good place to stay. May need a little better communication in checking in and checking out. There were a few minor maintenance issues ((kitchen clock needs batteries, a few other things. Nothing bad. Good location, close to airport. Quite neighborhood.

Needs work, but did the job

Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs didn't work. The ones that did work were different types and colors. It was very odd. The listing stated there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but the owner didn't tell us that the basement (one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms) was under construction until the day before we arrived. I wouldn't stay here again, but it will likely be great when they finish their construction.

UC Medical access.

I had surgery at UC Health and family came to support and assist me post surgery. Needed a place close by, had enough space and was pet friendly. This property was perfect for those needs. Made the trip less stressful. Thanks!

Excellent place to stay!

The property was easy to find, Close to the airport, all the sporting centers and downtown Denver. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. Was a great place to call home for a week. Highly recommended!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Property was well kept and nicely furnished. Only issue we had was a wasps nest on the patio, so did not get to utilize the area as much as we would have liked. Location was close to everything and convenient to downtown. There is so much to see and do in Denver. We had an amazing time creating memories and celebrating a college graduation. Highly recommend the location. Property manager was flexible and accomadating requests. It may take a little while but would get a response. Enjoy exploring nature, the neighborhoods, gardens and art scattered throughout the State.

Soccer tournament

In town for a soccer tournament. House is 1 mile from Aurora Sports complex and also has easy access to I-70. Perfect spot to chill between games and sleep. Host was awesome and responsive. Property was clean, and necessary toiletries and the like are provided.

Wonderful & relaxing

We truly enjoyed staying here. The house is spacious and very clean, plenty of space for each of us. Beautifully decorated & had absolutely everything we needed. Host responded very quickly too! Just wish we could have stayed longer, but we would love to return!!

This house was perfect. The location to the highway and surrounding needs was awesome. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We utilized the back patio allot and even though neighbors close were able to keep noise to a minimum. The host quickly responded when request were made!
