The Space:
Step into history and comfort in this character-filled Victorian cottage nestled in the heart of Denver’s beloved Highlands Square. Built in 1885, this charming home blends timeless details with modern updates, creating a warm and welcoming space perfect for your Mile High City getaway. The bright, open kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated for modern convenience, while unique architectural touches and vintage flair reflect the home’s rich past.

The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms: a queen suite with vaulted ceilings and a private en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a full bed and its own en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub. Shelves lined with books throughout the home invite you to slow down and unwind, whether you’re sipping coffee in the sunlit kitchen or curling up in one of the cozy sitting areas. Out back, a peaceful yard shaded by flowering trees in the spring offers a quiet spot to relax after a day exploring the neighborhood.

And the location? It doesn’t get much better. You're just steps from Highlands Square, one of Denver’s most walkable neighborhoods packed with locally owned boutiques, cafes, restaurants, bars, and markets. Grab brunch, browse vintage shops, or catch live music—it's all right outside your door.
Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a longer stay, or a base for exploring Denver, this character-filled home gives you the best of both worlds: history and heart in a neighborhood that locals love.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

IMPORTANT: There is no railing for the bottom half of the staircase from the main level to the 2nd level. Please exercise caution.
