  • Have fun with your whole crew at this stylish place. This home offers a modern and cozy vibe that will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to take on any task that comes your way. This is the Perfect 30+ day rental and is located in close proximity to I-25, DTC, E-470, Park Meadows Mall, Sky Ridge Hospital and many other community attractions. High end finishes and all of the modern amenities will make you feel right at home no matter how long your stay.
    2 story home, with all 3 bedrooms located on the top floor. Spacious master bedroom has king size bed, en-suite master bathroom and walk-in closet. Two additional secondary bedrooms, both equipped with queen sized beds. Additional full bathroom and laundry room are also located on the upper level.

    The main level includes a gourmet style kitchen, with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplash, designer fixtures and a beautiful large kitchen island. The kitchen flows perfectly into the sun-drenched dining area, and sits conveniently adjacent to the tastefully appointed living room.

    As you enter through the front door, you will find a great flex room that has been set up currently as the office and 2nd sitting/TV room. This room can also provide a 4th bedroom option if needed.

    2 car attached garage, cul-de-sac location, private fenced yard, covered backyard patio & unfinished basement.

    Desirable location in a lively and active community with exceptional walking and biking trails, private parks and open spaces, walking distance to the Reuter-Hess incline, and easy access to I-25, Lone Tree, and downtown Parker.

Parker Colorado is beautiful…

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed at our fingertips, the house was centrally located and in a beautiful sitting/location and the communication was exceptional. A Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The neighborhood was very nice and Brandon was very quick to respond and handle any issues we had. Our grandkiddos loved playing in the snow in the backyard. A fun time and great place.

Great Neighborhood

The house was perfect for our family. Loved that we could include our dogs on our trip. Had a wonderful backyard for them and great trails for our walks. Definitely going to keep this place in mind the next time we go up to Colorado.

Comfortable and functional!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this property, it had everything we needed and is situated in a cute, well-kept neighborhood. Our dogs loved the fenced yard and walking path right out the front door. Would not hesitate to stay at this super house again!

Great Stay

This was the perfect spot to reconnect with Parker. We lived in Auburn Hills from 2000 to 2008 and absolutely loved the community. This house was the perfect size in the perfect location. Very clean, very quiet, just what we had hoped for.

We have four kids from ages 11mo to 8 and this house had everything! The host has definitely put a lot of thought in to the amenities that are available. The check-in/checkout sheet was helpful and also very well put together. We hope to stay there again when we visit our family next year!

Perfect Home

Very nice home that had everything you needed. The home was very clean when we arrived. The location worked perfectly for us. It was central to everything we needed to do during our stay. We also enjoyed early morning walks around the neighborhood which made for a great start to our day. Downtown Parker was very nice! We got to enjoy the Farmers Market during our stay. I would recommend this home.

Christmas in Denver

This home is everything advertised. Amazing updated home for a family or group of adults. Huge couch for watching movies or sports, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need and kitchen table is large enough for everyone. One of my favorite places was the couch and chairs on the outdoor covered patio. Love sitting out there in morning or afternoon. Close to everything and sits in quiet cul-de-sac. Great Home!

Excellent home and amenities

This host has gone the extra mile just outside the mile high city to provide a clean well equipped home. Dishes, coffee, teas, towels, art work, throw blankets, pillows you name it. .I saw some items and thought, “you gotta be kidding me in a rental?” Best amenities in any VRBO so far. Everything you need in the kitchen but not over filled cabinets with old junk. Just nice new stuff. Technology in the house is perfect. Floor plan amazing. Simply a great stay. Book the home you’ll be happy!
