Whether you are a business traveler looking to relax or a family looking for a special stay, this 4-bedroom, 4 bath, 2700 square foot home will not disappoint. Amenities include:

4 SMART TVs with upgraded cable and WIFI package

2 covered porches and 1 covered deck

Large landscaped and enclosed backyard with patio seating and a CharBroil professional 5-burner BBQ grill

The space comfortably accommodated 2 families. It is convenient to the airport and to many fun neighborhoods of Denver. The game room was a big bonus for our kids. Rick was responsive and helpful.

Great place for our family in town for a wedding. Lots of space. Close to many great Denver attractions. Rick was very responsive to our needs and the fresh baked welcome cookies were yummy. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous home in a great location. Visited city park for walking and for golf. Didn't realize what a jewel the park is in Denver. The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing.

This house was everything we needed - clean, bright, and spacious. The host provided us with all the information we needed and checked in to see how our stay was going. While the weather was rainy during our stay, the location near the city park and zoo is a bonus. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Denver.

Best rental for family

The house was perfect for our family. Back yard was great for bbq and our little dog and kids to play in. It was clean and everything was included.Rick the host was the very nice and accommodating. Definitely will book again when in the area.

Perfect Conference Stay!

Absolutely perfect in every way! Our host was so responsive and kind. (They even baked us fresh cookies!) We were in Denver for a conference and the location was just a quick drive from the convention center. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you, Rick, for everything!

Perfection!

The house was exactly as described. Rick, our host, communicated quickly. He allowed for us to check in early and leave late if we needed. The game room was exactly what we needed!!!! It really set this house apart from the others. Having four bathrooms was huge too! There was construction on the roads and he gave us PERFECT turn by turn instructions to avoid it. The location was so perfect! We went to Red Rock, Echo Mountain for Snow tubing, downtown Denver and the surrounding area. If we ever go back this is where we will stay. Thank you Rick! Perfection!!!!

The property was perfect for our family. It fitted all our needs from accommodating the persons staying there to providing enough space to gather with more family. Even better than expected!!

This property was phenomenal! The hosts thought of everything, the house is in perfect condition- and could not have been better for our little family meet-up in Denver! Hot showers, comfortable beds, wonderful common area, etc. The location is close to outstanding restaurants, a large park, groceries, and easily accessible to downtown. We could not have been happier, and I would leave 10 stars if I could!
