Brand new 2 bedroom condo - Bienvenido Red Phoenix

Bienvenido to el Red Phoenix - this beautiful home away from home features 2 beds 2 baths. Brand new construction!! with an amazing view. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Right in front there is a huge park that offers, basketball and tenis court, two different playgrounds, beautiful walking trail and grills. Only 20 min from DIA, near highways that gives you the opportunity to be in downtown Denver in between 30min.

Our sweet Red Phoenix offers everything you need for a getaway! While stylish this condo is super cozy - we have 2 comfy queen beds and two full baths (both have a very spacious tub)! Our kitchen is very well equipped if you wish a home cook meal! Near our condo there a variety of restaurants and places to hangout! If you wish to stay longer with us - we have a washer and dryer for you to use.

PARKING

Guest will have to park across the street. Please make sure you do NOT park in any other reserved spot or visitor spots. Otherwise, you could get towed and that will be your expense.

SELF CHECK-IN

Guest will be able to enjoy the privacy of the entire condo as we offer self check in with a unique code. ** Please be aware - We do have a ring door bell with camera and we do monitor check in through there, so make sure you reservation has the correct number of people as we DO NOT allow extra guest.


ADDITIONAL RULES

Please remove your shoes before getting to the condo. This condo is NOT 420 friendly. Absolutely not smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment.

Please not extra guest during the day or night. Quiet hrs after 10PM - NO parties allowed.

We are pet friendly condo - Max 2 pets (small breeds only) - house trained preferred. We do kindly ask not to leave pets unattended and on furniture.
