Beautiful home with great views! 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms 1 half bathroom, large deck and big backyard equipped with a BBQ and firepit- great for entertaining guests. Located in a quiet suburb in Highlands Ranch, the home is within walking distance to many parks, recs& shopping centers! The property includes cable, hi speed internet, numerous DVDs, and a finished basement with a movie room(coming dec 2020)! The home was recently renovated, and given complete make-over: stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwaves, stove top,dishwasher, granite counter tops, and new carpet and ceramic flooring. It includes an automatic garage for two vehicles, an A/C for entire house, or a swamp cooler if you prefer. This home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Park Meadows Mall, Lone Tree Arts Center, Sky Venture Inside Sky Diving, Brunswick Zone, United Artist Regal Movie Theater, Sky Ridge Medical Hospital and Kaiser Permanente, Lone Tree Rec Center, Light Rail Station, and many other bars and restaurants within mins from the house!

Highlands Ranch Gem

Perfect location for our needs. Host was very responsive when contacted. House was clean, spacious, and functional. We'll be staying there again sometime in the future!

Convenient location but house needs some love

We stayed for five weeks. It is a nice neighborhood but very noisy. The backyard backs up to a very busy street and is so noisy it is hard to sit outside during peak traffic time. The heating and cooling in the house is inconsistent… top floor is hot and basement is freezing . That he lights are also annoying. They are on a short timer and turn off and on r. The house is run down a bit and there was no amenities in the kitchen like coffee, filters, salt and pepper etc.

Great house! Great location! Dog friendly!

This was a wonderful home for my family and our dog to stay in while we were in transition moving from out of state and waiting for construction to be completed on our new home. We stayed for 8 weeks and the property owner offered excellent communication, checked on us throughout our stay and took immediate action when the microwave went out (the house has a brand new microwave now!) This home is spacious and offered enough storage that we did not need to rent a storage unit for our furniture and personal belongings during our stay; we were able to use the garage and part of the basement. The backyard is HUGE and the location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and parks. The only downfall for this home to us is it is located in Highlands Ranch, not Parker as the listing states. This created a back-and-forth commute to get the kids to/from the school in the new house neighborhood. I imagine for most people, the location discrepancy would not be an issue and if the need ever arises, we will certainly considering staying in this home again.

Great Long Term Stay

Lots within walking distance, everything else was a pretty short drive. Really enjoyed the house. Only negatives were that the 2nd floor got hot while the basement was freezing, but that's a manageable thing if you know it's coming. We had 3 teens and 3 dogs and there was plenty of room for us to hang out on our own/work and then come together for family time / head out for some adventure. Very affordable and the owner was easy to chat with about small issues.

Decent Space

Comfortable house

Nice house, responsive host. Nice deck and lower patio area. Convenient to grocery and restaurants. I asked for additional workspace and host accommodated request. I am very appreciative for this convenience since we work remote. The location backs up to two very busy streets. Easy to get to C470 or 25. Pictures are correct but address is different.

Family Rental

My family rented this house for 5 months while our house was being remodeled.There were so many issues with this house I don't know where to start.To begin with we got the incorrect address in Acres Green but the house is actually in HR.The owner did respond quickly and gave me the correct information. We checked in and the house smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, the smell was so powerful and strong it was disgusting. I contacted the owner she said she should have had the carpets steam cleaned but didn't. She did have someone drop off tons of cans of Odoban and air fresheners which did very little to help with the smell. We noticed right away that the house was not very clean.I had to have my regular cleaning service come to the house and clean because it was so bad.The windows and blinds were very dirty with a layer of dirt on them, I have pictures.The carpet is old and matted down and didn't look clean at all either. Most of the blinds don't open or close.The lights are all sensors which would turn off in the middle of a shower which was so fun!The water pressure in the kitchen is non existent.The dishwasher leaves a weird film on everything and it was brand new and they couldn't figure out the issue so that was never fixed.The temperature between the basement, main floor and top floor was totally different, basement was an ice box and the master was a sauna.Non of the rooms have any dressers or shelves to store any clothing. Furniture in the 2 rooms are so big there is hardly any room to walk around.The heater broke twice, when we had 2 big winter storms. The air conditioner also broke and it was so hot!The lights in one of the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom also broke.Kitchen was not equipped with a lot of basic stuff that I had to bring items from my house to use.Water heater broke and water was all over the basement carpet.They had to replace the water heater and have the carpet dried out.I had to put in so many calls to the owner it was ridiculous.Owner is very, very nice and responsive and always sent someone to fix things quickly but this house is in desperate need of an entire over haul because it has not been well kept.If someone is renting a house for vacation or an extended period of time they should not have to deal with these issues especially for what they are charging.

Loved it!

The Christmas decorations were a very nice touch!! The kitchen is beautiful and big . Our son cooked for us one night and it was quite an enjoyable production! The kitchen was perfect for him and the spectators. We will be back! Thank you !!

Not what it appears

The house itself looks like it’s had some half way done renovations. Dishwasher flooded kitchen. The temperature difference between floors made us all sick. Everything is motion sensor Activated. It is tons of fun to take a shower (with horrible water pressure) and the lights go out. Then you have to jump out in the overly cold bathroom to set off the sensor. Says pet friendly, not the case. Overall, for this amount of money, I have stayed at better/larger houses in better/quieter areas and had less headache from the owners. I do not recommend. Then to top it off charged me the extra $200 and can’t show me proof of why. It was a total rip off and not good people to do business with

Great location and great house

We stayed in between moving houses within Denver. This house is an awesome location. The yard is huge! We had a couple of things that needed attention the first days and it was taken care of immediately! Great communication and we were so thankful to be able to stay there! We all loved it!

Initially sent to the wrong property, house details (wifi) not on app as told, we had to call for the info. Bed (master) comfortable, towels smelled nice, spacious 3 levels, kitchen spacious but not well appointed; lacked a toaster, a mixer, hot pads, cookie sheets, even a whisk. Low to no water pressure in kitchen. MBRoom fan noisy - needs to be / shoulda been balanced. I wish all rentals would replace Keurig coffee makers with standard drip - Keurig is so overrated and tastes terrible.

Great, clean and relaxing place to stay

Our Family had such a great time here. The place was very clean, and well stocked. We had a party of 8 and we had plenty of room. The backyard is very nice and relaxing with a patio and firepit. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. House is in a nice neighborhood and close to many eating places and shops. Walmart and Sam's are just down the road. Overall we had a great stay and a great time in Colorado

Great home in a great location

My experience at this property was very good. The house was very clean and had several great additions - pull out sofas, an ice cream scoop, cookie sheets, foos ball in the garage... very well put together with a big fenced-in back yard, and very close to Costco, the mall, and a great walking path.

Ranch style home

Very nice house, gas stove and oven, nice updates and several televisions to allow for ability to watch your show while others can watch their show. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to grocery stores and shopping.

Good night’s Sleep

We needed a central location for about 1 week that accepted dogs. Tina was quick to respond to our last minute request when it became necessary for us to be in the area to help an ill family member. The property was clean, centrally located and easy to access. Thank you for sharing your property for much needed rest at the end of the day!

Pleasant stay in very clean home

We had a very nice stay in Lone Tree Colorado. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great for going to many of the surrounding areas, such as Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Denver and Boulder. The owner got in touch with me very quickly when we had an issue with the rear door not locking and the issue was quickly resolved. The house does have a few "quirks". It is a raised ranch and there is no railing around the edge of the living room by the stairs. This would be very dangerous if someone had young children. The other oddity is that the kitchen must have been remodeled and the cabinet where all of the cookware is kept is extremely difficult to get into. A large sized person would find it impossible to access the cookware. We were barely able to get into the cabinet and chose to leave all of the pots and pans on the counter rather than having to repeatedly struggle with this. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very cozy. It just is not a good choice if you have young children.

Last minute get away

The house is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room! The backyard is ginormous. The house is well kept and put together nicely. I would definitely recommend this house and rebook if every needed. The only problem we had was getting the tv upstairs on but no big deal. The house has a great location to get out and about with out having to travel far! Wish we could’ve stayed longer

Cleanliness: I'm kind of picky when it comes to staying in places that aren't clean and this place was perfect. Every area of the home was attended to and looked and felt very clean. Check-in process: We were given the address ahead of time and someone checked in with us at check-in time to see if we had any questions. The only minor suggestion I have is that maybe a guest notebook is left in a prominent place with all the wi-fi and other info. It was located on the side of the fridge. Accuracy of online info: If anything, this home EXCEEDS the expectations we had of the place. One person commented that it needed to be updated, but we felt it was perfectly decorated and kept up. It was much more beautiful than the pictures. Don't let the front of the home discourage you, the inside is perfect! Our bed was really comfy, kitchen was well stocked (stove could maybe be moved to the left for easier access to some of the pans), patio area and back yard were perfect for families to get together and kids to play, TV's were good sized with great pictures, downstairs gathering area perfect for your group to have extra room to hang out. The only suggestion I have is to maybe have a little shelf to the side of the master sink or behind the toilet (or a short thin table under the towel rack) to accommodate toiletries while getting ready for the day. Communication: There were some unforeseen weather-related things that needed attention and maintenance was available on the first call and gave us the option to fix immediately or wait until we left. We decided to extend a day and they quickly accommodated. We had a few questions at the beginning of our stay and they were available to help us with what we needed on our first call. Location: It is close to a mall, several great restaurants, and grocery stores. It was perfectly set between Denver and my daughters home, so was great for us. We definitely will be back. This place is perfect for couples and families and is very well taken care of.

Lone Tree, Colorado #4014450ha

CON: Upon arrival we found out that the microwave had a piece that was cracked on the door and fell out, we placed it back in the door and it worked fine. Now the owner is charging us for a new microwave. Same with the refrigerator, there was an issue with it when we arrived and the owner is telling us that we broke it when it was that way when we arrived. We are very honest people and if we broke it we would have told the owner - we didn't break either item and don't appreciate being charged the deposit to purchase the new microwave. PRO: The home was clean and gave us plenty of room for 2 families to stay for a Colorado wedding. We really enjoyed the deck on the outside of the home as well as the BBQ area on the lower area. We enjoyed the location as it was a central area to do some sightseeing as well as attend the wedding. CON: Furniture is over-sized. One of the bedrooms barely has any room to move around the bed, the TV we couldn't get to work, and no dresser to put clothing in. The king size bed in the bedroom in the downstairs was difficult to move around as well, there was a dresser, but no closet. No directions on how to get the TV or the DVD players to work and the remotes were missing for some of the TV's. Even the young people could not figure out the DVD player so having movies to watch was impossible. The kitchen cupboard is difficult to get into to reach pots and pans. The deck needed have some of the rotted wood replaced and it needed painting. The kitchen table is very large for the area and the chairs around the table are nearly impossible to move they are so heavy. There is room for 6 people at the table but the home will sleep 11-12, it would have been nice to have some folding chairs to add to the table area and smaller chairs would be more feasible. Would not recommend the house for a family with a small child as the bi-level home has no guard against a child falling one level. I am sure there used to be a railing in the living room area that is open to the front door and it was removed. Someone could fall easily and get hurt. The home could use some sprucing up around the exterior as it is very drab and plain. The lawn was not mowed when we arrived and never mowed during our 8 day stay.
